Near train station, great location.. love the fruits and gummies placed near entrance of the hotel.

I recently stayed at Flemings Hotel for three nights and found its location to be exceptional. Just a 5-minute walk from München Hauptbahnhof (central station), the hotel is also very close to Marienplatz and easily walkable to the renowned art museums, making it perfect for travelers wanting to explore Munich on foot. The room was noticeably clean, maintaining a high standard of housekeeping. However, one unusual design feature stood out - the fully glass toilet area. While visually modern, this design choice completely lacks privacy, which felt awkward and uncomfortable. It's something potential guests should be aware of before booking. The hotel's Italian restaurant was a consistent highlight of my stay. I dined there every evening, and the dinner service was exceptional. The service staff during dinner were particularly outstanding - attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was consistently good, making my evening meals a real pleasure. Unfortunately, my last day brought a stark contrast. I decided to try the hotel's breakfast, and the experience was disappointing. The service staff at breakfast was noticeably different - the approach felt rude and impersonal. The way payment and room number were requested came across as condescending, which was a significant departure from the warmth I'd experienced during dinner. The breakfast itself was underwhelming, with little to recommend. To sum up, the hotel offers a great location and excellent dinner service, but comes with some notable inconsistencies. The glass toilet design might be a deal-breaker for those seeking privacy, and the breakfast service needs improvement. For travelers who prioritize location and don't mind an unconventional bathroom layout, this hotel could still be a solid choice.

Location is great, 5 minutes walk to Central Railway Station and local bus station. Tram and metro station right in front of the hotel. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Morning check in with 20 euro fee, very handy for our 6am arrival flight and we really needed some rest before we could do any city walk.

Overall is good but only cleanliness of the room strongly recommended for improvement.

There is a construction site near the one side of the hotel, we were frightened by the entire room being trembling like there is an earthquake at 7 am in the morning. We talked to the hotel and they offered a quiet and nice room for us, since then we had a very pleasant stay here. If you’re traveling by train from Munich, I’d strongly recommend this place without any questions.

Location was excellent as it us very near to the Munich Railway station. Going to and fro from Airport is convenient as the airport bus is just around the corner. Food are aplenty around

Location was good and pretty easy to find after you get out the subways. Staff are lovely, room was very nice and comfy. Lighting was a bit dark but otherwise everything was very nice.

Hotel offered us with a free room upgrade to this gorgeous room with a small living room downstair and bedroom upstair. There are two sky windows which we get to see the sky clearly.

Nice breakfast served and near to Munchen railway station.

The Flemings hotel has been a delight for us to stay for our summer holiday. We have been travelling with our two young boys, age 7 & 9, and comfortably stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks. We chose the room with a duplex setting that gave us ample space to move around. The hotel is well equipped with style and all the necessities. The reception team was very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Abhay and Lisa who made us felt very welcomed, and took care of us throughout the stay. The breakfast every morning was also way beyond our expectation with a variety of fresh food and different styles of eggs to choose from the menu. The boys were looking forward to having breakfast every day. Onyi and her catering team has been very attentive and friendly, and made sure my boys had their hot chocolate served to kick start their day of adventures. All in all, it was a truly lovely and enjoyable stay. Thank you Flemings!
