Ibis Hotels sind ja grundsätzlich etwas einfacher gehalten in der Ausstattung. Dieses Ibis ist aber sehr modern eingerichtet und noch relativ neu. Die Betten sind super bequem und ich hatte ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, wodurch es wunderbar ruhig war. Zum Umweltschutz kann man freiwillig auf seine Zimmerreinigung verzichten und erhält dafür einen Getränkegutschein für die Bar. Eine tolle Idee! :) Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Mir hat besonders die Waffel Station gefallen, an der man sich frische Waffeln selbst machen kann. Das Hotel hat eine Bar, die 24h geöffnet ist und die am Abend gut besucht war. Es war gerade eine irische Reisegruppe im Haus, wodurch eine tolle und internationale Stimmung herrschte :) Es gab auch einen Nussspender, der extra für das Hotel von einer Schreinerei hergestellt wurde. Tolle Idee und super hygienisch :) Ich mochte hier auch den persönlichen freundlichen Service der Mitarbeiter ganz besonders. Man merkt, dass sie Spaß haben! Es stehen viele Desinfektionsmittelspender bereit und insgesamt fand ich das Hotel sehr sauber.

Poor hotel. Rooms dirty and tired. Walked and there were blonde hairs all over the floor- clearing hadn’t been hoovered. Tired rooms, wallpaper coming off, marks all over bathroom. Rooms were so nosy. You could hear the room next to us shutting their curtains. Poor sleep quality. Staff did not smile. Key card kept stopping working. Reception blamed it on being kept with our phones- they were no where near each other. Walked past a couple having the same issue… Munich is such a beautiful place, when I visit next time it won’t be with this hotel…

Until today I was ready to put 4 stars out of five. But now just one, because the experience is just terrible (my hotel is am Olympiapark). The situation is the following: I came to the reception asking for room prolongation. At that moment I wasn't sure when I might leave, but I understood that I might need earlier termination. So I doublechecked at the reception whether there would be any fines in case I pay for one month but might need to leave earlier (in 2-3 weeks). The answer was that there will NOT be any fines. So I paid for the month, having an understanding that everything is OK and whenever I need I can check out w/o losing money. But today, when I went to the reception and said that I need to check out this Friday, it appeared to be that I can NOT cancel the reservation now w/o losing money because I needed to warn them 14 days in advance, prior to the desired check-out date... I absolutely disagree, that it's my fault, as I came in advance (by the way 14 days in advance and warned), asked about possible fines, received the info that there won't be any fines and trusted the information I received. But now they say it was my fault and that their policies can't be challenged. Unfortunately, the arguments I provide don't work. Just contacted their central office, hoping that the solution can be found. Maybe I'm stupid and don't understand something. I've never experienced anything like this before...

Das Hotel liegt zentral an einer riesigen Kreuzung. Daher ist der Geräuschpegel sehr hoch, auch über Nacht. Die Zimmer sind soweit okay, allerdings zum Teil recht abgewohnt. Leider scheint es hier ein Problem mit der Reinigung zu geben. Ich hatte nach dem Check-in drei Mal ein Zimmer bezogen, welche alle nicht sauber waren. Krümmel auf dem Fußboden, Papierschnipsel unter dem Schreibtisch sowie lange schwarze Haare im Bett und auf den Kopfkissen. Offensichtlich kein Einzelfall. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist soweit okay, leider nichts besonderes. Mittagessen war gut, jedoch zum Teil leider kalt. Den Preis/Nacht mit 149€ befand ich als absolut überteuert. Ich persönlich würde dieses Hotel nicht unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

We were delighted to find this wonderful hotel for our recent stay in Munich. It is very conveniently located for local shops, restaurants, buses, trams and U bahn services. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The poster collection was fascinating. The free water in reception was invaluable in the heat and cakes and coffee in the afternoon were enjoyed too. The breakfast was really great. The room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Munich.

酒店位於居民區，非常安靜，而且旁邊就有中餐館，味道很不錯。旁邊很多車位，衹要空着就可以停，白天付費，晚上免費。房間設施很新，唯一缺點是沒有空調，衹有空調扇，高溫晚上有點熱
