This is a lovely warm hotel. We arrived late due to rail strikes, which made transport to the hotel a pain. However, once we were checked in, we were straight up the the room which was toasty (really toasty!). Breakfast was a continental buffet style with plenty of everything and some of the items changed on a daily basis. The hotel bar was open on Saturday and Sunday, where their barman, Boris was extremely friendly, warm, polite and helpful. He also takes a keen interest in football. I would also like to give Filip and his team at reception a shout out as they were extremely helpful. For those who read the reviews saying they could not speak either English or German, we found this to be simply not true. Their English was fluent as was their German. We had wanted to come back out to Munich specifically to stay here again this year but unfortunately that will now have to wait until next year. If you want the u-bahn, it is a 2 minute walk from the hotel reception (turn left from the door, left again, cross at the lights and you are there).

Perfect location centrally near the Main Railway Station and the old city centre. Hotel staff are friendly and very pleasant. Reception staff attentitive to your needs and helpful. Breakfast staff are warm and welcoming. Tasty choice of food too. Decent rooms. Cleaned well by cleaning staff. Highly recommend. Ive been twice already this year and a third already planned.

We have been traveling in Europe now for 6 weeks and have stayed in many 4-5 star B&Bs, castles, manor houses and hotels and I have to say that the Relexa Hotel in Munich is the nicest Hotel we have stayed in so far! Our room is light, airy, very spacious, very clean, and modern. Big plus is that the AC is terrific, (currently heat wave is in progress and today is 97 degrees) the bed is huge Cal king size very comfortable and the shower is great! The staff have been very respectful, friendly and accommodating. Insulation must be great because the room is so quiet, you don’t hear traffic or people. Cathedral is just a couple of blocks away and in the room we do not hear the bells, amazing. We are having a very restful stay here. The hotel is in walking distance of the Marienplatz and very good laundry and dry cleaning facility just a block away. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Train station about a 10 min walk. Highly recommend you stay here if in Munich, you won’t be sorry!

H2 Hotel München Messe - Comfortable hotel in all respects. The location is 5 minutes from the U-Ban and a large shopping center. The staff is very nice and happy to help. Room is equipped with all necessary things for a comfortable staying.

We booked a studio room which had kitchenet it in and it was so convenient with the child and his demands. It was very near to train station, just 5 mins walk from the hotel. The staff was not helpful and was very rude. They only treat the regular customers with care and they did mention this to me. My child had nothing to eat in the breakfast so the restaurant staff asked me if we can make something for him, upon request they prepared the french fires and served us in breakfast on one of the days during our stay. The very next day their restaurant manager on duty came to us and mentioned it cannot be made for us as they do not offer to all customers and this gesture is only for the elite and regular customers which was so let down for me. I even asked them to bill it but please provide, but she was super rude and refused to make it for us (it felt insulted). Rather she showed me options that are vegetarian and can be consumed (which my child doesn't eat). I also spoke to reception about this but nothing was helpful. They have no manners to talk to guests and have zero sense on how to greet the customers. We stayed their for 7 nights which is quite a good amount of days for anyone to be their good customer. I will not recommend this hotel on the grounds of staff's behavior.
