It was a pleasant stay.The entire staffs are very helpful throughout the stay.And I like the food it was tasty and quantity wise more the rooms were clean surrounded with good views too,cab service also good had a great time overall we enjoyed a lot thankyou team

We booked this hotel for a couple of days for our Munnar trip and were happy with the stay. We got an upgrade with both Mountain and river (a stream) view room which is there USP. The food was good but the breakfast was same for both the days. This hotel is not very far from the market area. The hotel staff kindly arranged taxi for our sightseeing at a reasonable rate, overall a descent stay.

i visited this hotel in the last week of December for 2 days. Because that was the perfect time for visiting Munnar, the hotel prices were high other than that in off season the price of hotel is quite reasonable. In Munnar, there is no public transport so the hotel provided us with a personal cab service for entire day. The food is nice and properly displayed. There was variety of cuisines in buffet. I found the South Indian food the best. In the end, I would say that stay was nice overall and Munnar is one of the place one should surely visit in India.

We reached late, as the check in took some time we were offered tea which was refreshing. Our rooms had a great view of the lake and the pleasant view of the distant hills made it enjoyable. Rooms were nice and tidy. Enjoyed the stay. Last rooms in the third floor with a balcony made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.

Good size rooms, nice views. I noticed a large group of cyclists also staying in this hotel with a guide. It was a nice and vibrant environment, food was good as well. Next time I’ll perhaps stay for few more days.

Service oriented Staff. Friendly and care about guests! :) Great breakfast. Had a great view from my room in 4th floor. Clean rooms with everything you need.Highly recommended. Mr. Jithu, ***ager is more than willing to do anything to make his guests happy..

Terrible experience. This hotel is listed as 4 star at all booking sites, but they are 3 star. Even at reception they say themselves as 3 star. Booking was taken for 2 adult + 2 kids, but they provided a queen size bed. A extra cot was placed for 4 th person. The quality of matress provided is pathetic. It's half inch matress. Provided blankets were in bad condition. When we entered room and try to use washroom, it was smelling like urine. After complain, they send someone who tried to fix it by using phenyl, second person came and pushed lot of freshner in the bath room.. but as soon smell of freshner went away.. it started smelling like urine again. In the morning I requested for deep cleaning.. but in evening when I came back after tour, even after cleaning it was smelling. Next day, due to early check in at house boat, we had to chec out early and we wanted hot water at 6 AM. No hot water was available. While reaching reception they tried to fixed something in the bathroom, later they said some technical problem and water will be available only after 20 min. Finally hot water started around 7. Breakfast spread is good though, but only good breakfast will not help.
