"Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the property. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Himanshu and Priya from the front desk, who were extremely courteous, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable. Their friendly attitude and willingness to assist really stood out. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall ambience of the property was pleasant, and the room provided a comfortable space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, although the taste was average and could be improved. However, the service during breakfast was very good, with the staff being attentive and responsive. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, particularly because of the excellent hospitality, spacious and clean rooms, and beautiful views. The welcoming nature of the staff, especially Himanshu and Priya, made a positive impression. I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend the property to others looking for a comfortable stay with good hospitality."

"We stayed 3 nights at this resort. At first glance, our room was lovely, clean and large with a king size bed and French doors out to a deck. We did not have a view of tea fields, rather a bit of forest. Unfortunately, the room we had (room 103) was right above the kitchen. We couldn’t go out on the deck for the smells of cooking. I was already not feeling well when we arrived but then to continually smell onions cooking and foods being fried did not help my situation. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was typically Indian breakfast, sambar, poori badgi. It was ok but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit. There was watermelon but it had been cut up on the same board that onions had been cut on so it wasn’t very appealing. The resort is in a remote location and is far from the town. Wifi was pretty good at this resort."
