I booked this room for an event at Filinvest Grounds, and it was very convenient since it was just a walking distance away. The room was clean, with toiletries provided, and the receptionist was very accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious. We even extended our stay for ₱200 per hour. Overall, a great experience—10/10!

Location is good, near to the mall. Easy to find food but very near to main road. Advisable to avoid the room with window, cannot sleep at all.

For business travellers, it is a standard budget hotel. Nothing can expect much. Breakfast is ok, but the room service needs to be requested. Otherwise they will not fo any cleaning service.
