We recently stayed at the Radisson Aquatica Barbados and were extremely disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, we found more than one cockroach in our room, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this really ruined what should have been a pleasant trip.
To make matters worse, we were promised a one-night hotel rebate as compensation for the inconvenience. However, we were informed that we would need to go through a third-party company to process this rebate. This added unnecessary frustration and left us feeling like the issue was not being handled properly.
While the location and views are beautiful, the cleanliness and lack of effective customer service will prevent us from staying here again or recommending it to others.
