The place is quite old and it is quite obvious with its towels. But the location is strategic. Their suites is very big and good for family groups.

It was great overall but I just noticed that they charge for all extra stuff so make sure you know this. They're very particular about the number of guests

Pet friendly hotel. I love it! We had a super nice stay, thank you Parque for making my bird that happy with my furbaby!

Hotel room is big with separate living room, bedroom and kitchen.

Facilities: limited parking space. Roof top pool is ok but small. Main Toilet flush was not working on. Service: Is ok but when asked during checked out for 2 towels (not issued to us) is really a pissed off. Though staff apologize but still asked me to sign a voucher. Location: Near to Festival Mall/ ATC and Airport Cleanliness: Need improvement.

Experience is good and accom is very nice

The hotel was kinda old, didn’t expect it. Room design was good but the kitchen and toilets ate smelly like drainage. I requested for room change because the other toilet in the kitchen as well as the kitchen sink are clogged. and they didn’t fix it even after I mentioned it to the reception. The room’s air-con are not also good. It was installed on the lower part of the wall and air was blowing into the side bed. Towels are like a rag, looks dirty. The amenities are not attractive at all. Although the view from the pool are great specially when the sun sets. Restaurant are not so good. There’s not much variety on the buffet. Php 650.00 is not worth it for breakfast buffet.

We had a comfortable stay in a spacious room good for family staycations.

The rooms are perfect specially for big families that wants to be in the same room. Along with that, the accommodation prices are very reasonable. Parking is a big plus along with the convenient location. Hotel staffs are very friendly and efficient.

We loved our stay here! Spacious rooms and affordable. We appreciate the kitchen, room service and very professional reception staff. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. What was advertised was it had 2 T&B, but actually had 3. One is a utility T&B. Airconditioners were cold and working. Showers had hot & cold options. Towels can be replaced. The only downside in for the whole suite was that the living room had 1 2-seater couch and 1 chair. Considering this suite is for 6 people, that's quite lacking. Would also appreciate it if every floor in the hotel had a water refilling station since the complimentary 2L water per day is only good for 1 person.

The room is big, comfortable and cozy. We were able to park outside but still convenient. We appreciate that its also a pet friendly hotel so we werw able to bring our cat. We will surely come back. Thank you Parque Espana for a great stay.

We decided to spend my husband's birthday last weekend at PERH and I just want to share my experience. The service was excellent! Everybody was very nice and accommodating. Two thumbs up for that. The food was also good and not at all too pricey. I loved their seafood chowder and pizza margherita! 😋 Although food presentation of some of their dishes can be improved. Checking in to hotels for a quick staycation has been something I have been doing a lot of these days. So, I can actually say the PERH's establishment is old compared to other hotels I've been to. While our room was spacious (2BR Premier), it was not as modern as I'd prefer it to be. Wifi was also good in the hotel. The reception are was small and the lobby lounge or coffee shop was not operating. But my hubby enjoyed the gym. Lastly, the pool was also quite small. Plus, there's an on-going construction beside PERH now where the construction workers can actually get a view of the guests in that area. That was a big turn-off for me. ☹️ Over-all, I can say that we had an "average" kind of stay in the area. But if you're as picky as I am when it comes to hotel rooms, maybe PERH is not for you. Oh, by the way, i also appreciate the fact that they asked if we were celebrating any special occasion and that they greeted my husband a happy birthday...🥰
