Mixed feelings about this hotel. When arriving, first impressions were good, clean, welcoming reception area. Walking to our room the main pool looked very nice and inviting. We were in block D with a view of the main pool and beach. The room smelt slightly musty but looked clean and tidy. Although we were all inclusive there was ample kitchen items for those who aren’t. On closer look the room it was quite tired. The light fittings are rusty, the handle in the bath was also rusty. The plaster above the skirting boards was blown and needs replacing as does the ceiling above the main bed. The food was very repetitive, breakfast in the main restaurant was what you would expect. Lunch was at the Green & Grill which is a smaller restaurant was much of the same everyday, wasn’t too impressed with the flies on the bread and around you while eating, puddings were the same everyday. Evening meal back at the main restaurant, I’m not saying there wasn’t a lot of choice, it was just boring, seeing the same night after night. Snack bar wasn’t great either, only ice pops included in all inclusive!!! There are 4 pools, the main one, little splash pool up by the pool bar, a baby pool with shade and a quieter pool. Both large pools were very cold, but ok once you got used to it. The beach was lovely, water clear and warm. Loungers cost € 14.25 for two with a sun shade or €4.75 for just the lounger. You get charged the same if you use them all day, half day or an hour. Evening entertainment seemed ok for kids but entertainment after 9pm it wasn’t great. Cocktails at the pool bar in the evening cost between €7 - €9 even for all inclusive, the same cocktails are cheaper at show bar. The hotel is mainly used by Dutch families along with British. All in all I found this hotel to be disappointing, have used Tui many times and I can honestly say this was worse one we have ever had.
