Booked this with Jet2 Having been to this chains sister hotel Mar Hotels mar and spa this one is completely substandard. The place does not look anywhere near as nice as the pictures portray and there is a huge safety breach in my opinion that the children’s splash park is across the road separate from the hotel, it backs onto a car park where there is a large sliding gate that remains open the entire day. Anyone can wander in and out and I saw poor parents forever chasing children away from the gates to stop them running into the car park and then onto the road. Does not make for a relaxing holiday. I complained to Jet2 and got completely fobbed off so beware before booking this place. The play park again looks nothing like the photos and is shoddy and old. Entertainment team were not engaging and rubbish. Staff continuously trying to close bars early, nowhere near the selection of food. Would not return any now wary of booking with Jet2.

The experience at the Mars Hotel in Muro and Mallorca as a whole was excellent. The hotel has a nice pool and the food is even better. The hotel is a short distance away from the beach and the ocean is great to swim in. I want to thanks all the staffs.

We have returned home following our second stay at this hotel. If you are thinking of booking this hotel - do it. You will not be disappointed. Every single staff member works hard to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable and this trip did not disappoint. Thank you to all of the staff for welcoming us back to the hotel, from the maintenance team, cleaning team, bar team, restaurant team, animation team, and reception team. We had a great relaxing week and enjoyed the swim up suite again. 🏊🏻♀️🏊♂️ Great food - breakfast, lunch & dinner, with plenty of delicious choices, including theme nights. Food always piping hot and fresh.👨🏼🍳👩🍳🧑🏼🍳 Great waiter and waitresses - always serving with a smile. 👩💼🧑🏼💼 Great drinks menu! Hic Hic! 🍹🍸 Great activities throughout the day for adults and children. 🎯 🏹 🏊♂️ 🏓🤽🏼♀️ Great reception team always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. 🤵♀️🤵 We are already counting down the weeks before we return again in September for our third visit! This was our second visit to Playa de Muro Suites. Looking to return to Majorca we looked at several hotels but none came anywhere near the room quality & size. Having a suite meant I didn't disturb hubby when I got up early to make a coffee, take it out on the balcony and enjoy the view of the "swamp" aka Albufera natural park (great for birdwatchers). The staff are brilliant and can't do enough to ensure a perfect holiday. The food is varied with themed meals most days, Mexican was my favourite next to Majorcan, but always pizza & pasta options. Plenty shops & restaurants a couple of minutes away, buses are regular, nearby Alcudia has a gorgeous marina and plenty shops, pubs & places to eat. We booked a tour to Soller (worth going to see the Gaudi inspired bank, and get the tram).

Great hotel and a lovely team of people working at the hotel. Great for families with plenty of things to do for adults and children. Had a really enjoyable stay with great food every day and night. The hotel is situated minutes from a good selection of shops and 5 minutes from the beach.

Just back from this hotel, 5 adults and 2 children in 3 rooms. Staff absolutely amazing nothing too much!! We had a poorly 2yr old, Dr was out within 30 mins. Rooms spotless, food good. Perfect for families with children, 2 pools across the road

Ideal family hotel, staff were so attentive and great location for beach and shopping. Food and restaurant/bar service were better than anywhere we’ve ever stayed. Rooms spacious and modern. In my eyes a 5 star hotel. Will definitely be returning

Everything is amazing about this hotel. The staff are very friendly, and the food is very good. The room is clean and spacious. The entertainers Hector, Maria, Carlota and Whal are excellent. The hotels location is good as it is 1 minute walk to a bus stop, and a 3 minute walk to the beach.

A lovely hotel. Well kept and spacious. Fabulous suites - two bathrooms a complete luxury! Great balconies. Very nice staff throughout. We were all inclusive so ate in the hotel mostly and were never disappointed - good well made variety to suit all tastes and diets. Inclusive drinks were also very good.
