Maravilloso hotel en Alcudia. Personal estupendo, siempre amable y con una sonrisa, habitaciones muy bonitas y bien equipadas, desayuno y la zona de la piscina espectaculares.

Really enjoyed our stay here, very laid back and we paid a bargain price through Easyjet Holidays. However, we were offered a room upgrade on arrival for €90, which we took. We were there in the last week of the season so things were winding down but the staff were very helpful and attentive. The entertainment guy Kuba was such a nice guy and although we weren't around for the entertainment, apart from our first night, he always made a point of coming and taking to us when he saw us. The pool was chilly as expected for October but large and useable, no fighting for sunbeds here, there are plenty! The room was OK but needed some refurbing, especially the door which was in bad condition, but I expect these issues will be addressed during the winter closedown. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants so maybe a bit further than some people would want, but was OK for us. The included breakfast was fairly good, no real complaints but may not be so good if you're fussy! The evening buffet was €20 each which is probably a bit more than we wanted to pay but we made sure we had plenty. Wine and water need to be paid for on top. Drink and food prices on site are quite expensive so you may want to get some supplies from a shop.

I had a lovely time relaxing at Garden Holiday Village. The room was perfect, cleaners came every day. All rooms overlook the pool area and gardens which are all maintained and beautiful! Staff all very friendly and as a 1st time solo traveller, I felt very safe in the hotel and walking around the area. I took mosquito spray and bracelets and only had a couple of bites. Breakfast buffet was really tasty and lots of choice.. evening buffets were delicious also! Really can’t recommend this hotel enough… I will definitely be returning!

Just returned from a lovely 7 day, adults only relaxing break. This spacious, complex has twelve villas separated into 8 apartments each surrounding; three large round linked pools and a jacuzzi. No problem with sun beds, food and entertainment was good the beach a ten minute stroll. We tried a couple of trips Alcudia old town and Valdemossa both worthwhile. Only change we would have liked was got the closing times at breakfast and evening meal to be extended by half an hour

Where to start this place is amazing we return regularly we are going again in 4 weeks time and can't wait. The rooms to food and surroundings are absolutely brilliant. Very clean to a very high standard lots of food choices we go half board as this used to be all inclusive which they should never of stopped. I do think that hot drinks and soft drinks should be included with your evening meal if HB. The reception staff are very helpful Caty you are an amazing lady nothing is ever too much trouble thank you.

As we came slightly out of season (one week before half term) it was fairly quiet which suited us. Loads of sunbeds. The pool was nice and big and I liked there were different areas you could go to. Jacuzzi bit cold but am sure it will heat up peak of season. We upgraded to a superior which wasn't much at all and really pleased we did as room was spacious, clean and beds fine. Good location being 10mins walk to the beach. In the middle of Port of Alcudia and C'arn where there are lots of restaurants. We had bed and breakfast which suited us as we like to explore and go different places to eat. All staff were friendly and helpful. We only did 3 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. Tip - 10mins walk to the bus stop where we got the bus direct to airport. Very impressed with their bus service and so much cheaper than a shuttle bus or coach.

Had a fantastic time from start to finish , very relaxing time . Recommend highly , staff amazing . Breakfast beautiful a lot of amazing food to choose from , lovely seating area outside the restaurant lovely views why you eat your breakfast .

Had an absolutely brilliant holiday mainly due to the fact that we stayed at this fantastic hotel.Staff lovely, Maria and Kuba were great, but all staff were nice.Breakfast was lovely.The complex is fantastic, great layout, very pretty and peaceful. Large pool surrounded by bungalows, love that it was on 2 levels and not a big high rise hotel.The whole place had a lovely feel to it.Our room was small but adequate. Some bits needed touching up and maybe a more powerful shower but nothing major and certainly didn't spoil our stay. Kuba who provided the entertainment was really lovely! Saw an amazing singer one night called Marvin. He was funny and entertaining too! No problems getting a sunbed. Loved the 2 resident ducks! Definitely going back to this hotel next year! Could have stayed longer.Highly recommend.Thank you everyone!

Grounds are lovely, rooms are average and in need of a refurbishment, on the surface they look ok but there is musty smell and look like they need upgrading.Air conditong noisy, some of the staff customer service isn't great, especially. Breakfast was good It's not wworth visiting
