We were greeted upon arrival by Alexis and Justin…two outstanding front desk associates. Remembering us from previous trips and recognizing our HHonor status they had upgraded our room selection. Bravo to the two of them for their excellent service. Everything was perfect at this property. Breakfast offerings were exceptional. The staff even offered a hot chocolate bar with extra special toppings! Fun offering for the cold winter months! Great management at this property! Bravo to you! Recognize your great employees. Good ones like those we had interaction with are hard to find. BTW…the night shift front desk staff and third floor housekeeper were excellent. I wished I had gotten their names!

Gem of a place to stay in Murray and looks like there has been a recent renovation. Made a quick road trip to W Ky for some family business. Check-in for 2 rooms was a breeze, Ms. Brenna was informative, friendly, and immediately set my expectations by advising me that there would be some light construction in the hallway by my 2 rooms but it would only be during the daylight hours - it was not disruptive at all. Room was clean and well furnished as was the bath. Breakfast area was clean and always well stocked during the breakfast serving hours and the team did a great job with so many people (college sports team) getting food. Having been leaning more toward IHG properties lately I would absolutely recommend this location as one of the better ones.

The hotel is amazinginly decorated. We stayed in a suite not much privacy in the bathrooms as they have barn style glass doors and anyone turning on a light at night lit up the whole rtoom. When we first got there we had housekeeping issues and were moved to another room. I will have to say Brandy was the key to recovering our stay. She was a real asset to the hotel, Without her assistance I would have left with a bad feeling towards the property. She was efficient, professional and very guest orientated. There is no breakfast only packaged foods but this is not the hotels fault.

Very clean, convenient to local business and activities. Budget friendly. Good customer service. Maids do not enter the rooms while you are there; instead, you place trash bags outside of room. For clean towels, just leave old ones at door too. Room was very basic; comfortable bed but no closet or drawers so we lived out of our suitcases. That was a little inconvenient. Bathroom was clean; nice dispenser in shower for gel and shampoos plus handheld shower head. wall mounted hair dryer and medicine cabinet. Could use some hooks on back of door for towels or clothing. Microwave, fridge, and TV with cable; and a very small table held a coffee pot and fixings. Two plastic seated stacking-type chairs were for sitting\tv watching but not very comfortable for any length of time. WiFi worked well. Our biggest issue, in addition to lack of clothes storage, was the need for a dehumidifier. The AC was quite cold but everything felt sort of damp. Towels would not dry over night. The outdoor area has a nice little gazebo sitting area and there is a nice kitchen/dining area with some basic breakfast items each morning. Note: other guests we spoke to had closets , so may want to ask about certain specific room furnishings when making reservation. The owner disp!ays local artwork for sale and pieces are used in rooms as well. All in all, clean, charming motel-style lodging at an affordable price.
