Ulasan Holiday Inn Express & Suites Murrieta - Temecula

I appreciate that the hotel is brand new and it was very clean. However, I will never stay there again. It was the loudest hotel I’ve stayed in and that is saying a lot. I didn’t sleep at all because if people walking around above us. You could hear people walking in hallways, you could hear toilets flushing, etc. Absolutely no insulation in the walls at all. Also, the breakfast ends at 9:30. Checkout is at noon and especially for a weekend, the breakfast should be served until later in the morning. Part of the draw of staying there was the included breakfast but my whole family couldn’t get up before 9:30 and ready to eat, so we missed it. Both the check in employee and the check out employee were not friendly and very cold/dry. Bottom line, clean hotel, but never again.

The room was fine although the refrigerator did NOT work and the tub/shower drain was funky. The biggest thing was they advertise hot full breakfast but there was none all 3 mornings we stayed. Something about the oven was broken. Seemed like a very poor excuse since it was apparently never fixed. You base your decisions to book on the hotel & amenities it offers. There was very little remorse or very little motivation to try & fix the situation. Would NOT stay there again!!

The overall stay was good but the part that was not good was the hot meals for the continental breakfast was out of service which left carbohydrates for breakfast.

Clean hotel from the exterior to the interior of the room. Downside to our trip that no hot breakfast not being available was due to their “oven is out of order”.

I didn’t like the fact that they had no hot breakfast because their oven broke down. That has never happens to me before. So I had to buy breakfast elsewhere.

I liked the quietness, friendliness and cleanliness at this location. I didn’t like that you have to wait for the morning of check out to see if you can have a late check out.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express was kind and efficient. Check in was easy and the room was nice. I liked the Dove products in the restroom, the large mirror to get ready with an additional stand in the corner, and the comfort of the beds. The continental breakfast truly hit the spot. Everything was well stocked and tasty. I'm also happy there was many handicap parking spots. I do wish it was more affordable though but I'll return if the price is right.

Their kitchen for breakfast was too small for many people . Needs bigger place for sure.

Felt safe and well maintained. Were a few spots in the hotel room that were dirty. Probably was just missed while cleaning but other than that everything was great. Food, staff, amenities 10/10

My mom and I went to the ****** for New Year's. We had a great time. I didn't want to drive an hour back home. So, I got a room for us at the Holiday Inn Express -Murrieta. The price was right, and our room was very nice. The hot breakfast the next day was also excellent. The staff was friendly. I will stay at this location again. 👍👍

I liked the 'black-out' rooms and no big gap under the door to let in light from the hallway.
