Hotel Terbaik di Muscat dengan Spa

Location is good, but they problem with towels they don't provide enough towels or floor towel even when asked from room service they just brought one towel, and it was old please try to get some new towels.

Al Maha Hotel has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere on entry to the hall. Room 503 has 2 big windows overlooking the city and therefore allows fresh air to circulate around the room. Restaurant is manned by polite and friendly staff who conscientiously deliver my ordered meals in a clean and hygienic tray. High-Five for the location of this Hotel as it is centrally located near shopping centers, supermarket and restaurants. Thanks to Mr. Deepu (Manager) and Mr. Kafeel (Reception) who attended to all my requests with delight and smile. Thanks to Mr. Bornan (Housekeeping) who maintains the clean-up of my room and replenish my bottled water and coffee sachet daily. I will look forward to checking in again to this Hotel on my next trip to Muscat.

كانت إقامة رائعة في فندق تحت إدارة الشيراتون ماريوت ، خدمة ممتازة ع مدار الساعة ،يتوفر عشاء السبلة العمانية كل مساء خميس ،موظفون المطعم من طهاة وعاملين على قدر من الاحترافية والتعاون ،بشوشين وخلوقين، يستحق التجربة ،وتحية لمدير المطعم والطاهي طلال ،هناك شئ مميز يوجد لديهم مسبحين واحد عام والآخر خاص يمكنك حجزه لمدة 45 دق لك ولعائلتك، والافطار مميز ومتنوع والمكان جميل جدا.

Staying at the Shangri La Al Husn Muscat has been one of the highlights of our time in the Middle East. We decided to go for my girlfriends birthday and the team worked exceptionally well with me to deliver a unforgettable experience. Getting to the Shangri La was a bit of a challenge and taxis do not come cheap in Oman. Though it was not challenging I do wish there was a pickup/drop off option for the guests. The inclusive breakfast was wonderful and ordering off the menu assured that everything you ordered stayed fresh. There was a mixup with our order due to a language barrier but the food was still phenomenal. The in room breakfast and room service was a highlight as it allowed you to take full advantage of the room and with the inbuilt heaters in the dining table assured the food stayed hot. The value for money on in room dining was disappointing as an order of a burger and fries came with a small amount of fries, however that was fixed with our next order. The afternoon tea was delicious, highlights being the fromage and watermelon and the scones. Each afternoon tea was different and kept the palate excited. The happy hour beverages were also included and always came with a suprise canapé from the restaurant. In terms of the staycation, it was perfect. The interior and exterior of the hotel is beautiful and the sound of the ocean left you relaxed for the stay. I would like to raise that there was a lot of sealife by the beach which deterred us from swimming in the sea as we had heard a lot about the Omani coast and didn’t have much confidence in the beach patrol and lifeguards there. We noticed some playing on their phones but they were always happy to assist taking a picture for the two of us. I would suggest a more upfront approach when it comes to what you can expect in the sea there. A visitors lounge was also available allowing you to take full opportunity of the facilities till you left for your next adventure.

Excellent & friendly staff ( from bell boy to reception to housekeeping to restaurant’s) . What more is needed at a 5 star property located at a 5 star place ( Al mouj Muscat ) . It was my wife’s birthday & they went the extra mile with cheese birthday cake & rose petal decorations on bed . It made my wife’s day .

اخترنا فندق كراون بلازا مسقط وكانت الاقامه فيه لمدة يومين وكانت خدمة الغرف والنظافه ممتازه وساعدنا الاخ احمد الفارسي ف حجز الغرف وفي تلبية جميع احتاجاتناوكان في قمة الاحترام وخير من رحب بنا وخدمة الافطار والعشاء ممتازه وساعدنا الاخ احمد في عمل عيد ميلاد ابنتي في مطعم الفندق واشكر جميع طاقم مطعم موزيك وتحيه لكل العاملين في الفندق وبالاخص احمد الفارسي

لقد كانت زيارتي مع مجموعة من السيدات ( رحلة سياحية ) اعجبني في الفندق الموقع المتميز بين عدة مجمعات للتسوق ، الدخول المبكر والاستعداد لاستقبال القروب القادم معي ، تعزون السيد تارت الذي جعل من رحلتي رحلة مميزة Location, beautiful reception, staff, specials mr tart

Hôtel agréable et propre Je recommande juste de prendre de grandes chambres Les chambres standard sont un peu petites, ainsi que la salle de bain, Et l'eau prend du temp pour l'arrivée chaude, Personnel très sympa et serviable, La Gérante Rima, toujours souriante et gentille, toujours à l écoute des clients. , au restaurant un buffet ouvert, pas mal, correct, manque la touche d un cuisinier méditerranéen . Remarque : depuis que le disco ou la boîte de nuit et ouverte a l étages -P-. Je trouve pas mon repos.. Du 23h à 03h00

We chose this hotel since it was associated with Radisson but it did not meet the expectations. It is very isolated property with no nice view outside. Also the food options are very limited. The options at the breakfast are limited and very few people service the guest and you have to wait for someone to come and clean the table for you. Overall it was an ok experience.
