We have stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. I have had several positive experience with this hotel. 1. Politeness , helpfulness of the staff was e employer. 2. The room we stayed ( 26, GRden suite) was fantastic and well provided for. 3. One of the quickest response time for room service. We did not wait for anything at all. 4. The food from magnolias was excellent and we enjoyed. We are Indians from the southern part of India but we had excellent food over here. 5. We did not know Hindi but the staff went out of the way to make us comfortable. This is an Additional plus. 6. Location. Is close to mall road.

Verizon nice heritage property. Just loved this place. I really mean it. Anyone wondering to book this stay, please do. I was amazed by the comfortable stay, hospitality and quality of food that they serve. Definitely top of my list if I visit Mussoorie again. Thank you Kasmamda Palace for making it such a memorable stay for my family

It is a nice historic property. I enjoyed our 3 days stay there. There canteen and stuff behaviour is good. Moreover, their rent is reasonable withing the criteria of heritage hotel. Anyone can can spent one or a half day by exploring the property itself. I would recommend this hotel in Mussoorie.

This hotel with its rich heritage, history and ambience made our stay in (an otherwise congested, crowded) Mussoorie a pleasant and memorable experience. If we ever come back to the Queen of Hills again, we wish to stay here for its beautifully landscaped garden, good food and revel in its royal history.

The Welcome Heritage Kasmanda Palace Hotel Mussoorie is a beautiful Heritage property situated right on Mall Road,and still at a peaceful location from the hustle bustle of the Mall Road.It gives you both benefits.Enjoy the serenity amidst natural scenery and also the access to the mall road. The staff is courteous Cooperative and pleasant. The food is good .The ambience is wonderful. A great place to stay in Mussoorie.

Amazing hospitality!!! We were a group of 14 people and thoroughly enjoyed pur stay at kasmanda palace mussoorie. We opt for the modern rooms as suggested by Mr Ahmad the general manager. Fantastic rooms with all modern amenities. The best part was the service by the staff. Always ready to help you out . Thank you Mr Ahmad for all arrangements.

Great location, really clean,tidy and pleasent rooms. The thing that make this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly generous with there time and advice. We highly appreciated and recommend this hotel and certainly be seeking to stay here again.....

Loved to stay in Kasmanda palace. The staff was very helpful and obedient. Specially the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Cuisine was very delicious. Rooms were very comfortable in every way. Special thanks to santosh and kasmanda palace team for making our stay so memorable.
