The Oasis Mussoorie - A Member of Radisson Individuals

Good hotel located near to Mall Road, property is big and well maintained. Staff was helpful and well behaved. Food was great for all times. Breakfast spread is very good. Lots of varieties ***** with live kitchen. Also they have buffet dinner, if it gets cancelled for want of guests they provide Ala Carte of great menu. They have also a playzone for kids as well as adults like pool table, table football, playstation, slide for kid, rock-climbing for kids with sponge & plastic balls. Some are chargeable at nominal rates though. They have both balcony rooms as well as normal ones. Only road to the hotel from Mall road is narrow if your driving as usual for hilly stations but drivable. They also drop you near to mall road for sightseeing in their vehicle. Rest if you want to go sightseeing in rented car, they helps you contact details of cab persons. Visit to Landour and Lal Tibba is recommended to use local drivers since roads there are very steep and narrow, many times have to do reverse/forward at those places which the locals are more expert at, rest one's wish.

Wonderful stay and nice hospitality by entire staff and team of Oasis Radisson Mussorie right from the booking , smooth check in, delicious buffet spread ( special mention of provision of no onion garlic food for parents) and comfortable rooms. We celebrated our Mother’s birthday here and it was a delightful experience.

My sincere appreciation for the fantastic experience I and my family had during our recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of hospitality and care provided by your staff. Deepanshu and Ravi at the front desk were incredibly warm and welcoming, and we immediately felt a connection with them. Sanjana in the restaurant was also a delight, with her pleasant smile and attentive personality. She truly took great care of us during our meals. The breakfast spread was elaborate, and we thoroughly enjoyed sampling the delicious local delicacies during our dinner. The hi-tea on the rooftop, with the lovely snacks and hot tea, was a wonderful way to relax. The breathtaking morning view from our balcony was awesome. The property also has a big play area for little ones, that has snooker, air hockey, table tennis, rock climbing, a ball pit with slide and also Play station. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making our stay much more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient location of the property and the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to the nearby mall road. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you for providing us with such a memorable experience. We look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful setting of hotel in serene space, great rooms and view. The food is great and staff is the icing on the cake, they are so courteous and helpful. I would mention few names to quote Ravi & Priya from guest services and Rajesh from the dining services have been awesome during our stay.

Excellent service and very courteous staff. Hotel is not too far from Mall road, and the location is also good. Abhi, Priya, restaurant hostess and the entire F&B staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel has a play area as well which is nicely built. Thanks for wonderful service!

The stay was really very comfy and nothing short of a fulfilling experience for me and my family .The staff was courteous ,polite and lovely .And all the service was prompt .From the lovely interiors to some really good indulgence @breakfast to high tea .My kids loved every part of the savoury pakodas and the sandwich .From getting my request for soy milk tea ( I’m lactose intolerant ) to lot of fun at play area ,which included table tennis for the kids and adults .Thankyou Radisson oasis for a memorable trip and stay ! A special mention for team @ Palak ,Ravi ,Priya and everyone who served us including the room service , the drivers .

Hotel location is very nice We spent 4 Nights & 5 Days for Business purpose, but definitely I will again visit the hotel with family some time. The hospitality, food, ambient, clean & spacious rooms and ofcourse the weather of Mussoorie was awesome. The staff at hotel reception, Resturant and room service was excellent. The staff in Restaurant served us with so calmly & politely even when we asked for food repeatedly. Special thanks to Aman & Priya at reception desk who treated me with so sincerity and dedication.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilitiesand good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. Whenever we will visit mussoorie again, i’ll tell my colleagues to stay here only!!!! Thank you Ravi Raj
