We had a great stay at savoy it was memory of remember for life even though it was only for one day but we will surely visit again to savoy. We had a celebration planned by Ms Sonal Tripathi and she took care of us in the entire visit. Sonal went out of her way to ensure evrthing was up to the mark and would say Sonal is a true asset to your team, and their efforts made my stay even more memorable. And even the property is even more beautiful with the 300 years old trees and the gardens all well managed by staff. A namaste at every interaction with staff. A truly nice place with great hospitality❤️

Our stay at the Savoy was a luxurious immersion into history. The staff, including Vishal, Akshita, Ashish from the bar, and many others, were remarkable and made our experience truly unforgettable. The walking tours (Yash and Nikita) & storytelling by Yash were definite highlights of our visit.

Great hospitality and staff. I was on a road trip with my one year old for the first time. The hotel choice proved to be very comforting and the staff kept my baby engaged and arranged every thing for the baby with pick and drop from the hotel to the Mall Road. Good food and ambience.It felt safe having a child *****.

We were wondering how it will be in rainy season… but it was dreamy atmosphere! You could see clouds moving from your balcony! They also helped arrange a trekking trip which was breathtaking! Heritage hotel with a lot of hospitality and warmth. It is the best hotel in Mussorie!

Savoy Mussorie’s mountain views and rich heritage provided a luxurious escape for our family trip. Jafran's Murg Kurchan and Pudina Paratha were culinary delights. The staff, from vallets to servers, impressed with their attentiveness and professionalism. We've already recommended this gem and look forward to returning soon to this place. It was super serene experience being there.

The Savoy is an extremely gorgeous property with numerous vistas and excellent photo opportunities. As a heritage site, it manages to weave in modernity while still holding on to the glorious past. The check-in experience was excellent, beginning with a phone call a few days before arrival and continuing with a smooth check-in and support from the front desk staff. A big thank you to Mr. Yogesh Rawat, Food and Beverage Manager, for looking after our food needs, Mr. Sunil Arya, Security Manager, for supporting us in discovering our lost bag, and Mr. Siddhartha Juyal, Duty Manager for the day, for his assistance and advice on what to see around. The eating experience is also fantastic, with a lovely dining room and an abundance of culinary options. We had our lunch at The Royal Afghan restaurant, and I must say that the food is fantastic. The service was once again excellent, and we thoroughly liked it. The rooms are large, and we stayed in the Valley view room with a nice terrace where we could have a morning cup of tea or speak with family and friends. If you're bringing kids, there are large lawns and plenty of play options, including croquet, badminton, and cornhole. There is a separate play area for children and adults, with activities such as glass painting and ceramic painting. Its closeness to the Mall Road is a big benefit for enjoying the local sights, sounds, and street cuisine. A big thank you to the Welcomehotels ITC staff for your excellent service and hospitality.

Whether you’re eating the kebabs and dal at the royal Afghan or a simple idli dosa for breakfast at the grand dining room, expect the food to be phenomenal! The staff is immensely helpful and intuitive to one’s requirements. There are plenty of activities to enjoy with friends and family, like playing croquet, archery, bonfire stories, live music, star gazing, art for the children. The location is perfect because it’s close enough to the mall road for those who’d like to visit, but it’s at an elevated position so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Mussoorie hills. The hotel has entirely preserved its heritage charm! It feels entirely like an experience out of a Ruskin Bond book.

Excellent five star property in Mussoorie.Located near mall road. Surrounded by lush green plants, flowers and big lawns. Good restaurant and out door dining is also available.Neat and clean rooms with nice ambience. Food is very delicious. Lots of activities like yoga,cricket,games for kids are also there.Staff is polite, humble and full of hospitality. I strongly recommend the hotel.Its family, friends and kids friendly Special thanks to Ms.Sonal and Ms.Semanti for taking a good care of us.

Our family summer trip to The Savoy, Mussoorie was an incredible one. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms, food and the staff everything added up to make our time there enjoyable and comfortable. Ms Akshita was very accommodating and helped us above & beyond with the requests of our 4year old kid. The location of the property is apt, to explore all the nearby places. Highly recommend this place for families visiting Mussoorie!
