Excellent room, service and location. Next to the waterfront and not too far from the giant park

ホテルの立地はとてもよい。必ずメコン河に面してる部屋を取りたい。メコン河の素晴らしい景色です。周りに食べるところがないので、ホテルのレストランがよい。ホーチミンやカントー行くのは、フロントがバスターミナルの業者を呼んでくれて、ここからバスに乗る。このバスターミナルが遠くて30分くらいかかる。ミトーはホーチミンから日帰りで来る客が多くて、宿泊する旅行者が少ない感じ。

예약한 방과 다른방을 주었고 응대도 친절하지 않았습니다 메니저 같은 사람이 설명도 대충하고 안된다는 말만 합니다 여성 직원분은 친절합니다 할말은 많지만 더이상 하지 않겠습니다

整體房間比較整潔、乾淨，房間設施比較舊，當時住的是景觀房，整好是週末，外面有點吵，玻璃隔音一般，設施缺乏游泳池和健身設施。

住的是套房，面積挺大！浴巾很差，衞生挺一般的，不過服務還不錯！前台和保安還幫忙送行李去房間，還幫忙開空調！ 環境：全景落地窗，能看到湄公河

除了早餐以外，沒什麼亮點！

Every thing is bad: - no hot tub (no thing changed after a plumber fixed up) - noisy A/C - bad quality linen (pillow, tower and blanket) - no tooth brush in room - the food is horrible on 1st floor, should not go here for lunch or dinner - very hot elevator - agreed pick up my shirt for laundry at 6.30 am but came at 6.15 when I was in toilet. Useless staff from reception to HKP. I stayed in room #509. Never come back.

I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in My Tho city in June 2024, where the front desk staff were notably friendly and the breakfast was fairly comprehensive. My room, number 407, lacked windows and had a fairly hard bed, although the bathroom size was acceptable and there was a desk suitable for work. Despite these amenities, I find the hotel to be overpriced, charging 660k for the lowest rack rate. While the hotel features a rooftop bar, it is modestly equipped and the service there was disappointing. The staff at the rooftop bar lacked a basic understanding of customer service and hospitality, which greatly diminished my experience. Their insistence on closing promptly at 10 PM and rushing me to finish my drink was particularly frustrating. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, their only solution was to offer a 10% discount, which felt more dismissive than accommodating. This experience, along with other service issues, has left a sour taste in my mouth, not just for the hotel but for My Tho city as a whole. Unfortunately, I don’t foresee myself returning to either in the future.

Best hotel in my tho. Friendly staff and professional. River view. Buffet breakfast excellent. Central location. 1 hour 45 minutes from Tan Son Nhat airport. If come to Ho Chi Minh City by bus or car taxi. The best choice when staying in my tho. Will comeback again…
