Excellent, ac was not working. They gave me another room immediately. Receptionist mr. Parveen is kind and active addressing the issue quickly. Restaurant is good too.

Good rooms, but poorly maintained swimming pool. God hospitality. Also good restaurant. Bath towels were poor quality. Beds are too soft for a good sleep

Good hotel at a very good cost. Prefer to stay here whenever i visit mysuru. Decent veg food, not crowded and most importantly very helpful staff

Very pathetic. Treats like a lodge. Staring from the check in process, it went wrongly. I clearly mentioned king-size bed and provided split bed. Towels were not there. And amenities were there not in a proper way. Cleanliness is to be improved. Breakfast spread was very few, but service was good comparing others.

Rooms are ok, need more maintenance. My son enjoyed swimming. Hotel is in outskirt of mysore city. Overall good for the money.
