I would also like to appreciate the exceptional service provided by the F&B staff, Ms. Chaitra and Somnath, who were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. "It is a great place to stay. My daughter had fever, the staff was extremely cooperative. They helped us with baby friendly food at very odd times in the night and early morning. We were here for our daughter's birthday. They are providing us with complementary cake for the birthday celebration. The property is maintained very well and in a hygienic way. Sneha, who is a story teller from the staff, narrated the entire history of the property and any doubts we had about the history of Mysuru as well. It has been a very pleasant experience so far."

"Unfortunately, the standard of this hotel has declined, as I've stayed there before and have something to compare it to. This time, I didn't like the following: - the quality of service; they might simply forget to clean the room and change the towels; - they forget to bring laundry without a reminder; - I had to ask for water in the room because they simply forgot to bring it. A separate issue, which unfortunately was also present before, is the quality of the breakfasts. By the time they open and until 7:30, most of the dishes are out of stock, the omelette leaves much to be desired, there are practically no dishes for Europeans, and those that are available are quite mediocre. They don't even have vegetables for breakfast; you can either get an omelette, baked beans, boiled eggs, or oatmeal (unfortunately, they can't cook it properly). It's sad."

"Property is extremely overpriced, they have not maintained the property, not cleaning the pool for a month it seems and the balcony pillow was completely black, no ambiance, not sufficient place to walk around inside the property also, no tourist places nearby, they don't have even basic things in the room like clean towel, telephone, toothbrush, kettle, there staff will knock the gate every 30mintues for everything since they dont have anything else to communicate. You can easily get this kind of property for 3-4k. They are taking 26k+taxes which comes to around 35k for just one day its extremely overpriced."
