Room was nice but a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel. You have to go a floor up in the elevator, then walk to another elevator and go back down a floor to get to the room. Hotel had a lovely atmosphere.

Great place to stay! Very friendly place. Elevators to rooms takes a minute to figure out and the pool is in a separate building. Those items are not hard to figure out, but should be noted. Food was excellent. Recommend the aged steak and chicken wrap in the Oak and Anvil. Solid old fashioned too. Will come again if we travel back to Ireland.

Absolutely LOVED this place. Such a gorgeous property, the restaurants were incredible. The amenities and spa were also great.

First off the hotel & property itself are lovely. Room was average, food at restaurants was good but significantly overpriced. Elevator was broken our entire stay, housekeeping didn’t show up at all one day & the pool/hot tub is open to the public. Overall I’d call it good, not sure I’d recommend though.

We enjoyed our stay. Note to North American travellers. Be sure to check the fitness centre hours as the pool closed earlier than expected. Thankfully we were there with enough time for our children to enjoy the pool.

Beautiful hotel, excellent food and service and spotless, grounds also very nice. Only complaint was that the hotel was far too hot. It was very uncomfortable to sleep with the heat. A shame because everything else was perfect.

The pippin restaurant was fantastic ,the waiter we had was so attentive and the food excellent we can highly recommend having dinner here !

Some of the staff were lovely and the building is gorgeous along with the grounds. However the rooms are pretty jaded and need some updating. The shower was cold on the first day and they fixed it but it broke again.
