Hotel berhampiran Katsuura‐hachiman Shrine, Nachikatsuura

Après avoir aimé et arpenté de nombreuses contrées en Asie comme dans plus de 100 pays de ce vaste monde en soixante ans, j’ai vécu en cet endroit la cinquième étape de mon second voyage au Japon trop longtemps reporté cause Covid et bien trop marquant pour ne pas avoir envie d’y retourner… Professionnel du voyage, auteur de guides touristiques basé au Maroc, j’ai découvert ce superbe «Ryokan», ses bains d’eau sulfureuse et chaude à souhait, ses prestations et service, comme son exceptionnel rapport qualité/prix dans un pays dont la réputation est d’être excessivement cher ne font qu’agrémenter ce séjour. Exceptionnel n’est donc pas un vain mot pour décrire cet établissement où l’on va de surprises en surprises en découvrant sa «chambre », ainsi qu’une cuisine délicieuse et finement présentée… Un régal pour les yeux… Un ravissement pour les papilles… Et un nouvel art de vivre en revêtant la tenue de samouraï que l’ensemble des convives portent pour aller dîner… Paix de l’âme et tranquillité de l’esprit sont les maîtres mots de cette demeure dont le passé se conjugue avec le monde d’aujourd’hui dans un environnement d’une exceptionnelle beauté.

熊野灘が目の前に。 玄関は４階に、フロントがあり展望テラスも。 ただ、訪問期間はあいにくの天候、どんよりとした展望で展望テラス利用せず。 部屋は１階から５階に用意されていた。 チェックイン時、フロントで小さな館内図面で利用すると思われるフロント・エレベーター・部屋・風呂・レストラン の場所を明示してくれてとても便利であった。 食事場所はレストランであったが、コロナの関係で席も間隔をおいてセッティングされていた。 料理は季節ごとに違うメニューが用意されている７月訪問であったので、「マグロとはも」ということであった。テーブルにはメニュー表が置かれていた。 基本は海鮮が主であるが熊野牛のロース鉄板焼きも。 大は付かないが「満足」という内容ではないかと。 風呂は大浴場・絹肌の湯・陶器風呂・露天風呂の構成になっているが、陶器風呂・露天風呂は階段を降りなけばならず。 天気は良くなかったので、満足の景色とはならず残念。

朝食付きで5,000円台という格安だが、バイク駐輪場は地下の屋根付きスペース。朝食も幾つか種類が選べるし何よりも手作りで美味しかった。 ◼️立地 ホテル周辺に飲食店多数。ロビー前にオススメのお店が幾つか紹介されています。実際に色々歩いても結構ありました。 すぐ近くにコンビニもありますが、少し歩くとハイマートという地元のローカルスーパー（キャッシュレス対応）があり、お惣菜やお酒など色々売ってました。 ◼️ファシリティ 建物は流石に古く、鍵はオートロックではなかった。風呂やトイレもお世辞にも広いとは言えないが、アメニティは完備されているし、部屋にはエアコンも空気清浄機も備えられている。低層なのでEVは無し。 私が泊まったときは有料チャンネルが無料開放されており、映画なんかも見放題で得した気分でした。あとロビーには大量の漫画（少し古くてジャンルは偏っているかも）が置いてありました。 ◼️その他 5月でしたが、地下の駐車場エリアは蚊が結構居た気がします。また、部屋にも入り込んでしまいウッカリ2箇所くらい刺されてしまいました。ただ、部屋にはちゃんと蚊取り線香が備えられているのでちゃんと付けていれば刺されなかったかもしれません。

Location was about 7 minutes walk from the Shingu railway station. Safety was good , as each floor is accessible only based on your room number. The twin rooms were also spacious. The coin laundry was on second floor and was very convenient. The bathroom had a weird smell. Maybe , it was due to some recycled water being used in the closet . Or it could be due to the old cleaning clothes. The toiletries were also not refilled daily. You have to take the toiletries by yourself from the hotel reception. The buffet breakfast was good as it also had some local cuisine items in addition to western food items. But breakfast timings is only till 9 am, which is inadequate if you are traveling with kids

A real pleasant stay in Kushimoto. This hotel is new, it’s simple and chic. Check-in and check-out was easy, and every person we interacted with was friendly. The rooms are large by Japanese standards, great AC and loved the design. This hotel is also right across the street from 橋杭岩, where you can catch one of the most beautiful sunrises in Japan! Loved the view from our room. Amazing.

Hôtel récent, face à la mer. Chambre spacieuse dans les standards de la chaîne ; venant d’Osaka dans un hôtel de la même chaîne, je n’ai pas trouvé de différence. Ah si ! Il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner possible le matin, à moins de commander une box au moins 4 jours à l’avance. Il y a quand même des boissons chaudes disponibles gracieusement pour combler cette absence de petit-déjeuner. Il y a un super-marché juste à côté et accessible à pied, qui peut dépanner pour le matin ou le soir. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. A Hashigui, pas très loin de l'hôtel, ne pas rater les Hashigui-ivva Rocks, au crépuscule.

1，整體服務男的普遍差，以大堂裏的一個 矮點的、帶個眼鏡、分頭男為主，一副二X樣，很沒禮貌！酒店客人日本人居多，這人看到國人明顯是不友好的。 2，其次是前台另一分頭男，英語特別差，之前辦理入住是一**男，看見孩子跟我一起也沒有提及孩子浴衣領取事宜，我入住後看屋內沒有，下去詢問，原來孩子浴衣就在前台，他們要進一屋裡給拿的。這人因他第一次給我拿出來的尺碼不合適，更換碼數時表現的很不耐煩。這是這家酒店第二個不友善的男服務人員！ 帶孩子的如需要浴衣記得問前台領取。 其他迎賓的幾個女服務人員還是不錯的。 3，每天下午3-6點，晚上9-11點有小點、飲料、小酒供應，品種不多，但開放後吃喝的人不少。 平時關閉，衹有咖啡機和自泡的檸檬水。 4，串本車站到酒店步行約15分鐘，每天酒店有接駁車從酒店來回串本站。司機蠻客氣的。每天都會準時發車、不用預約，就在酒店門口和車站門口，看好時間表來回車站和酒店還是蠻方便的。 我們入住當天不知道有接駁車，因有行李，決定打車，下來800多日元。也就5分鐘車程。 5，串本站一出來就能看到大超市，還有大創、葯粧店等，有家王將餃子，其他飯館沒注意到，靠近車站一側的超市我們經常去，蠻大的，很全，早中晚飯買現成的回來都很方便，就是微波爐在酒店裡沒發現，有沒有能不能讓大家用就不知了。 6，酒店步行幾分鐘就有巴士站，運行的是乾淨的小巴士，站名見圖，去哪時間站名看好，結合googlemap非常有用！ 7，日式房都在三樓，沒有高層，且窗外有個大型的屋頂，風景大打折扣，不是特別鍾情日式房間的慎選。

For a westerner this is a bit of an odd place. Its quite easy to list its deficiencies- there is no bar, no place to sit in the Sun and , I’m afraid to say, we did not find the food vey palatable. Elsewhere in Japan we have steered for the small local restaurants with no English menu - we’ve loved the food but not here. The best you can say about breakfast is that you can construct a bacon butty but as for dinner … well we had pot noodles in our room most nights. A question of taste I guess. Why 5 stars then? Firstly the staff are marvelous- went the extra marathon never mind a mile , simply the best. Secondly our Japanese style room high up above the river was fabulous with awesome views of the river and oodles of space. Even loved the futons. The outside onsen is a great place to chill, if that is the word for a hot spring even if you have to wear an item of clothing which is a cross between a kilt and a loin cloth and does little to cover your modesty. A memorable experience

從本宮大社走大日越徒步到的酒店，路過湯峯温泉街，離温泉街大概走個半小時就到，不太清楚坐車如何，酒店環境很好，完全日式度假酒店，安靜，遠離人羣，服務熱情，衞生合格，（注意客房內是沒有淋浴的，都得去大浴室）温泉很大有特色，晚飯也不錯，休息的非常好，走的時候有班車送到本宮，（可能也可以約接）渡瀨温泉值得體驗！

We stayed here for a night during a 3 day hike, and this hostel style hotel exceeded our expectation. The bento box for dinner was better than expected. The porridge in the morning was great, especially with the extra toppings provided with it. Even the coffee included was much appreciated. We had a private room, and it met all our needs. The onsens were great! 3 are there and never seemed to be busy…I recommend the outside one. Location is also ideal…only a 2 minute walk to the town Onsen. We usually like to stay in 3 star hotels or better seeing we are not hostel type people anymore, but we would stay here again, and I would recommend this place to anyone.
