With some refreshments offered by the concierge and the on-duty managers, Mr. Dennis Serrano and Mr. Galang, thank you for making my six days stay so memorable and extraordinary. I was assisted by Miss Ariane swiftly in processing the accommodation and the different services the hotel can offer to their customers. The administrative staff, Jessica and Rosell, assisted us in preparation for the upcoming event of my mother's 80th birthday next year. If I have missed some names, my apology, and I will never forget your genuine service and dedication to serving your customers. Lastly, I will recommend the hotel to anybody I meet and interested in visiting Naga City! It's an accurate sample of excellent hospitality.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Good and safe to stay. We’ll come back again next year. It’s very worth the price. We were 12 people included kids. It’s very near also the atm machine, groceries store, fast food, church etc. You will love it too. Satisfied client!

What I always look for in a hotel is a comfortable bed. And this is a hotel with a comfortable bed and lots of soft pillows. In the lobby they serve a welcome drink, the cold ginger tea is very refreshing and they provide a cold towel to freshen you up. In the room they also have fresh bread that is given to their guests. All the staff are polite and accommodating. The location is also nice, there are many options to eat.
