Hotel terbaik di Naga

We stayed here with our friends. We used the pool to hang out which is fun but a heads up, their pool is 5ft and above. There is a kiddie pool but It would be nice if the adult pool starts at least 4ft. Considering Filipinos average height isn’t above 5ft 🙂

Had a few days in the city of Naga, where all pink blooms begin. The hotel is one of those conveniently located at the bus terminal and near the new part of the city. If your a tourist going to the old part is a distance by walk, the next best is a trike or vehicle. Rooms are ok cable TV has limited channels. The bathroom needs more work done. During my stay the basin was clogged up due to other guest disposing their food, the issue was quickly resolved by the management. Food at the café below is worth the price, it keeps your belly full till you reach the city for other, gastronomical options. The staff are great and friendly. No problems on this depar**ent. Would I still stay here in my future visits. Yes, but will try other, hotels in the city too. #RP

From the moment you set foot inside, you'll question if you accidentally stumbled into a parallel universe where perfection reigns supreme. The staff at the Robertson Hotel are wizards disguised as hospitality professionals. They possess an uncanny ability to make you feel like the most important person in the universe, all while effortlessly tending to your every whim. Forget about clairvoyants; these folks can predict your needs before you even realize you have them. It's like they attended Hogwarts School of Hospitality, and they graduated with top honors.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

When I arrived at the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by the hotel's staff, including the convivial security guard, who ensured the incoming guest was shaded with an umbrella. With some refreshments offered by the concierge and the on-duty managers, Mr. Dennis Serrano and Mr. Galang, thank you for making my six days stay so memorable and extraordinary. I was assisted by Miss Ariane swiftly in processing the accommodation and the different services the hotel can offer to their customers. While staying at Avenue Plaza Hotel, guests can access a 24-hour front desk, a concierge, and baggage storage. You can also enjoy a fitness center and complimentary breakfast. I am so grateful for meeting the hotel's staff members and extending their unwavering hospitality and pure dedication to their work in serving their guests and supporting them in pursuing excellence in assisting their visitors. Kudos to Mr. Sy, Rodel, Nel, et al. for preparing their guests' daily hearty and sumptuous breakfasts. The administrative staff, Jessica and Rosell, assisted us in preparation for the upcoming event of my mother's 80th birthday next year. If I have missed some names, my apology, and I will never forget your genuine service and dedication to serving your customers. Lastly, I will recommend the hotel to anybody I meet and interested in visiting Naga City! It's an accurate sample of excellent hospitality.

This is a no frills hotel that gives you value for what you pay for, but what makes it shine and excel beyond its competitors is the quality of service. I was assisted by Junna to change our room after we discovered stains and a shoe print on the covers. Junna went the extra mile and personally inspected the new room we were to be assigned before giving us the new key card. That level of dedication to hygiene and guest comfort by a front office staff member is very rare nowadays. When we went to the cafe that evening for coffee and desserts, we enjoyed marvelous service from Joseph and Lito. They were very warm, and anticipated our every need. Again, that is something that makes this hotel shine. For breakfast, again, we enjoyed great service from Jonathan. There is only one downside. The breakfast area assigned to us was a tiny, humid and warm veranda. The interior designer didn't think to put fans or insect screens in that outdoor area. Jonathan brought in the staff fan from their own area just to try to keep us cool in the tropical heat. Staff initiative is really there, but space planning was lacking. Luckily we had breakfast and checked out early because that veranda would not be a great place to be at when all the other guests show up for breakfast. Their team really made our stay memorable. I hope management has a good talent retention programme because good hotels are a dime a dozen in that region and top service is their only real USP.

What I always look for in a hotel is a comfortable bed. And this is a hotel with a comfortable bed and lots of soft pillows. In the lobby they serve a welcome drink, the cold ginger tea is very refreshing and they provide a cold towel to freshen you up. In the room they also have fresh bread that is given to their guests. All the staff are polite and accommodating. The location is also nice, there are many options to eat.
