Ulasan Chateraise Hotel Nagano

Hotel is located centrally.  There’s a nice bath area at the top floor of the hotel.  Nice desserts such as ice cream are available for guests at the lobby and bath area.

Very nice hotel, with unlimited chateraise ice cream and tea time is included (one slice of cake ea), breakfast selection also wide variety with their signature cakes too, highly recommended. The only downside is the public bath too simple and no sauna. Other than that, it's a good hotel to stay.

We were drawn to this hotel because my friends and I absolutely love Chateraise cakes! Conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from Nagano Station, the hotel was easy to find. Check-in was smooth, and the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. The best part was the daily treat of Chateraise cakes offered as welcome treats and during tea time—a delightful indulgence. The hotel served as an excellent base for exploring Nagano, with popular sights like Zenko-ji Temple within walking distance. Overall, it was a wonderfully convenient stay.

The hotel facilities are convenient, the room is comfortable. The location is close to JR Nagano station, but a little bit far from the transportation hub in front of JR Nagano station. Because of this,the hotel is relatively quiet. The staff are very friendly.

At first I though this is a newly open hotel, However I think there is some mistake in the marketing. the newly open is the store below that selling chateraise cake. the location is good, however the hotel is quite old which out of my expectation. However the services and cleaninest is still great.

Hotel is in midst of renovation and many parts yet to be completed. Once fully done, it will be fantastic . My room looks a bit old , but the size was big to move around in. Facilities were excellent and there is free all you can eat ice cream at lobby . There is also a big onsen , but the water is a bit too hot to sit for long in ! Nevertheless it was nice. Location is about 7 mins walk from train station . Would come back here again if ever in the region.

長野駅から徒歩3分くらいで、電車利用は大変便利です。そば屋や居酒屋も徒歩圏にたくさんあります。 設備、清潔感は不満のないレベルです。 このホテルはやはりスイーツです。ウエルカムスイーツでケーキ類を一つとコーヒーほかのドリンクバーがありました。 朝食ビュッフェはいたって普通ですが、ケーキ、プリン、コーヒーゼリーが大量に準備されてました。 朝食付きがおすすめです。

離火車站很近，榻榻米房間，很乾凈，就是榻榻米睡不慣。頂層有温泉也沒去泡。前台有不限量冰棍兒，每天下午住店客人給客户享用免費下午茶

ビックハットのライブ遠征で利用しました。 朝食は美味しく、大浴場もありがたい。 朝食ではケーキのバイキング、ウエルカムスイーツ、アイスのサービスあり。 部屋もきれいで広々としていて大満足でした。

從長野站走5分鐘就到了，很方便。酒店看得出有些陳舊，但房間有翻新過，所以還是OK的。空間寬敞，打開兩個大行李都沒有問題，房間一角還有小沙發可坐。公共澡堂和每天提供的茶點，冰淇淋等，非常加分。唯一就是洗衣烘乾機只有一部，太少了，得排隊用。

ビジネスシングルのお部屋は古いですが綺麗に清掃されています。　大浴場があるので浴室は使いませんでした。 湯上がりアイスは最高です。

入住這間酒店的原因是喜歡其甜品，check in 同 check out 時職員都送上預先包裝甜點。另外前枱亦提供雪藏甜品供住客品嘗。房間設計布局有點過時老套，可床舖都潔淨舒適。自助早餐選擇不多，但有品牌蛋糕供應，甜品愛好者若到長野市旅遊，這酒店不失為考慮的首選。

アイスがたくさん食べれて良かったです。ケーキも美味しかったです。朝食の時は、ヨーグルトやゼリーが好きなだけ食べれて幸せでした。場所は、駅から近く観光には便利でした。また、泊まりに行きたいです。
