Breakfast is good,my room is 5 floor must take lift to 4 floor and change another lift to 5, not very convenient

Location is amazing, just 3-5mins walk from Central station. Breakfast is great with various kinds of choice!

This was honestly one of the coolest hotels I've stayed in one of the coolest cities I've been to. The decor is inline with the famous Helsinki train station, very art deco but with a modern twist. The gym and in-house sauna was a bonus. Buffet breakfast was also lovely. The location is also unbeatable.

The location is excellent located just a stone throw away from the main train station and shopping malls. Breakfast was good and hotel is clean. Service is also good however toiletries like tooth brushes were not provided. Will definitely stay here again if coming to Helsinki.

Very near to the train station and the breakfast got alot of variety.

Ajacent to central railway station. Excellent location. Buffet breakfast a bit crowded. Request for fried eggs could not be entertained, which made me disappointed. Variety of food is enough.

Nice hotel and very convenient hotel in Helsinki

Our second check-in in the same week as we came back from Rovaniemi. Spacious in the main bedroom area (open 2 large 30inch luggage and still have ample of space to walk) but toilet is very small. All it takes is a 10min shower to flood your entire toilet due to the poor drainage design. You hardly can bathe with ease in the shower area due to the size and structure of pillars. Wouldn’t recommend to pay extra for this room as the proportion of the room is not design well. Our previous stay in the slightly cheaper room was better than this.

The location is perfect. A Tram and a train station are just in few minutes to walk. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. The room is nice and beautiful! I love their furnitures.

Excellent hotel. Very modern design and a comfy room. The room was very pretty and clean, and the breakfast is amazing!! Excellent location with the train station right next to the hotel. 

Having arrived early on an overnight flight, I went to the hotel at 9am and was told that I would receive a message when the room was ready. Having heard nothing I returned at midday to be told that my room was ready but I had to pay 20 Euros extra to check into it prior to 2pm. When I finally got the key, I got no clear directions on how to find my room and it took me 15 minutes to get there dragging around my heavy bag with no staff assistance. - Not even room cleaning staff that I met while trying to navigate the maze of corridors and various lifts that serviced only specific levels were able to tell me where the room was. Similarly when I checked out, I found a more direct route by dragging my bag over the cobblestone courtyard, only to be locked out on the otherside. The steps at the front of the hotel were also challenging with a suitcase.

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast. Location is good, room clean and tidy.
