Ulasan Hotel NewNagano Next

I chose to stay for two nights at Hotel NewNagano Next because of its very convenient location. Nagano station is just a few hundred meters away and there are a lot of food options (both restaurants and konbinis) in the area. On our checkout day, we left our luggage temporarily inside the free lockers in the hotel lobby before visiting Matsumoto Castle. We just came back to claim our luggage in the afternoon before leaving for Tokyo.

Hotel able to help send and receive yamato luggage deliveries. Staff speaks good English. Lots of amenities at the lobby, including bath salts. Instead of providing bottled water in-room, vending machine coins are given, where visitors can change for drinks that they like (there's mineral water, tea, etc). Abt 5+mins walk fr JR stn. Room is std japan hotel rm size.

The hotel is located very close to the train station. The drawback is that there's not sufficient space on the table for you to put your personal belongings. There's a step between the bathroom and the room. Can cause a tripping hazard or pose a challenge for those who have mobility issues. No coffee machines, only hot tea satchels are provided. You are given a coin each day to purchase a drink from the cheaper vending machine.

last mins and can only get this smoking room and too smelly for a non smoker easy yo fnd quite expensive but understandable because all nearby hotel were fully booked

Hotel near to Nagano station, few minutes walk in flat road. Check in via self service machine is so easy. Room was clean with simple amenities n room size quite good. Staff helpful, recommend Japanese restaurants n can converse English. Bed was ok. Can choose additional pillow at lobby as well as other amenities. Could still see sakura blossom mid April in Nagano.

地理環境很好，靠近車站，很方便。酒店準備了很多用品，在大堂可以隨意拿。房間很乾凈，床很舒服，不喜歡枕頭還可以在大堂選自己喜歡的。早餐也很好吃，可以入住的時候再加。酒店可以寄存行李，跟工作人員説就行。不足：房間沒有加濕器，冬天開暖氣會略幹。空氣凈化器一直有股奇怪的味道，後來就沒有開。總體來説挺滿意，再來長野的話會考慮再次入住。

能算的上住過最差的旅店了，服務員態度可以但可能是觀念的問題不太能變通的處理問題； 床墊兩邊有點塌，躺在中間睡感還是比較差； 吸煙房的煙味大到肺都痛，換氣扇和空調開窗都毫無作用，被子都沉浸着濃濃的煙味，一晚基本就沒怎麼睡。

房間雖小，但是五臟俱全！酒店一樓還有香波吧，本着不浪費的原則，自選洗面奶，洗髮水和護髮素，蠻有意思的。另外酒店還送四個硬幣，可以在一樓兑換飲料。因為就在車站附近，吃飯和購物都很方便。

其他都還行 里長野站很近 位置很好找 就是wifi有點一言難盡 據説每天都不一樣 需要根據提供的步驟 自己在tv上獲取 然後我試了並沒有找到 不如其他酒店固定密碼 直接在電視屏幕上 一目瞭然

酒店離長野駅只需幾分鐘路程，非常方便，附近有很多餐廳可選擇，職員親切有禮，房間整潔，另大堂有不同種類的枕頭、入浴劑及護膚品可供選擇，連平常房内提供的水，酒店也讓客人自行在大堂的售賣機選擇，這樣很不錯👍🏼👍🏼

酒店裡車站很近，下午3點以後辦理入住。樓下有7-11和星巴克，裏好吃的烤肉和麪條也都非常近。房間也很新，住的很舒服！
