Clean, comfortable beds and located nearby Chinatown. Room was a bit small so do take note if you have big luggages. There was a small table with 2 chairs in the room which took up a bit of space. I checked in rather late and the staff manning the reception looked overworked and tired, hence he didn't come across as really welcoming and friendly. When I checked out the next morning, it was him as well but he looked better. Breakfast was quite ok with a lot of variety. A near drive to Dejima wharf. Recommended for couples or solo travelers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Candeo Hotel in Nagasaki, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Nestled in the heart of Chinatown, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers.
Additionally, the hotel is just a short 2-minute walk from bus stops, making it easy to explore the rest of Nagasaki with ease.
The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean, which greatly enhanced the comfort of my stay. The check-in process is unique as it takes place on the 11th floor. Despite the initial surprise, the process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional.
The convenience of having various restaurants and convenience shops within walking distance is a significant plus. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, you wonโt have to venture far to find what you need.
Overall, my stay at Candeo Hotel was delightful. The combination of its convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and excellent service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Nagasaki. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

The pictures over promise and the guest house under delivers. It is in a good location and the staff is friendly enough, but not all sleeping areas look like the pictures. Some private areas go width wise instead of lengthwise, so they have only half the floor space for standing up. And if you have an upper bunk, then the ladder takes up 20% of that floor space. Towels are not included. For the breakfast, you make the toast yourself from bread in the refrigerator. By 8:00 a.m., people are brushing their teeth and using the hair dryer in the center of the dorm room, so you won't be able to sleep.
Overall it's ok, and better than most capsule hotels. But don't let the pictures get your hopes up too high.

The best hotel in my trip for south Japan, the only issue was the parking garage, complicated and far away. Ah, one more thing, at 11 am sharp, they are calling you to the room to make check out. Too much pressure and no good taste. Anyway, I was in the door when phone rings.

I picked this hotel because it was right next to Nagasaki train station which made it super convenient to arrive and check-in without a hassle. The hotel is your standard Japanese style: very clean, comfortable and small. The check-in/check-out process was done via kiosk so not much customer service to rate. The price of the room was very reasonable, however, the thing I didn't like was the early checkout time at 10:00am instead of the usual 11 or noon at most other places. Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay at if you're visiting Nagasaki.

We were warmly welcomed by the bell desk staff at L1, he was so friendly and it was a great start. Check in was seamless! We stayed at the highest floor and the view was great. The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne as we told them that it was a wedding anniversary celebration. The room was modern, clean, and the best! Parking is at Amu Plaza just beside the hotel. Gym facilities at L8 were brand new and clean. Overall the best experience and we would recommend everyone to stay here when they visit Nagasaki! The room was clean, best very comfortable, and powerful shower.
Room service was excellent, even the room is cleaned after we leave quite late one day.
We did not try the breakfast but they have free coffee and tea packets in the reception and coffee is very good.
Most important of all for me, the sound isolation between rooms must be good because we never hear anyone next door.

WWee LeongHotel has amazing location right opposite JR Nagasaki which is a great place to base when exploring the city. Good food options and Lawson around the vicinity.
Hotel itself might be dated, but amenities are more than adequate with provision of dehumidifier and toiletries Bed is comfortable as well. I can recommend the breakfast which is delicious.
Will come back again if I visit the lovely city of Nagasaki again.

Check in time is late 3pm, but check out time is super early 10am. Breakfast end at 930am, the earlieat i ever seen. The breakfast is simple food, food and sandwich. If you got time to dine outside dont book with the breakfast.
The room ia full of usb charger, no need to bring any.
Parking need to reserve and pay 2000yen per night.
