Self service check in but the reservation number could not be found. So there was a bit of delay. But hotel was in a great location, room was clean and adequate size.

Check in email was not sent, luckily trip customer support responded very fast. Bathroom is clean and the most comfortable bathroom i had in japan. Given the price i dont think any other hotel can match, just take note that this is an unmanned hotel

호텔 시설이 무척 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 도착하여 라운지에서 편안하게 기다리다가 체크인 할 수 있었고 직원분이 무척 친절하게 설명해주었습니다. 라운지에는 간단하게 즐길 수 있는 음료와 간식들이 있었습니다. 방은 사진 그대로의 공간으로 매우 깔끔하고 만족스러웠습니다. 어메니티 구성도 굉장히 섬세하였고 드라이기 외에 고데기와 아이롱도 구비되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식은 일반식과 양식으로 선택할 수 있었고 두 가지 모두 맛있게 먹었습니다. 야외에서 즐길 수 있는 스파도 특별하게 느껴졌습니다. 호텔의 모든 부분이 만족스러웠고, 떠나기 아쉬울 정도로 행복했습니다 💕 다음번에 또 나가사키에 방문한다면 다시 이 호텔을 선택하고 싶습니다.

Clean room with stove, utensils and washing machine. Bed was slightly firm. Our room (101) was next to the road, but late at night it is quiet on the street.
Only 1 parking right next to the entrance that is slightly expensive. Surrounding open air parking lots were cheaper.
Entry is easy to miss (see photo) and self check-in did take some time via ipad.

唔錯，位置就在長崎JR 站一出大路再去對面入小行子，容易找。我駕車的，附近有許多停車場，但大部分都要1000 yen -晚泊車費。體驗不錯。設備齊全。在屋內可以煑食，太好玩了。但初初check in , 覺得有點難。原來不是太複雜，讓我來講解吓。入住之前一日會收到e mail 提及密碼。大廈入口就在一個小型停車場隔離的入口，好像香港的唐樓，行十級左右的樓梯級，左手邊有一個上一樓的大閘門密碼，按入密碼就可以開閘，屋主e mail 會告訴你有關裝信的信箱，不用理會，只要按入密碼，按「確認」便可。開閘後，視乎你住那一層，如果住402 號房，要行多兩層樓梯級，如果拿着27吋行李箱或買了很多東西回屋，都會有少少倦。去到房門口，只需要把e mail 內給你的密碼，在門側，開黑色蓋，擰🤏到有関密碼，好像行李喼的鎖，好易就開了個蓋，就會見到房門鎖匙🔑，取下用就可以。還匙一樣，把匙放回黑蓋入面，把鎖密碼轉去另一些碼，便蓋好。屋主的e mail 好複雜，其實好原始，不用擔心開門問題。希望對以後入住的有幫助。我們住了三日兩夜，但可惜，她只給我兩支牙膏牙刷，只夠一日用，最後我還要自己買牙膏。地毯不太乾淨，吸麈不夠，但只要穿拖鞋，也沒有問題。其他的，乾淨，唔錯。推薦。

PPengguna TetamuEverything was amaaaaaazing at our stay! Pity that we only had 1 night 😭 the hotel is brand new and the staff were all great. We were warmly welcomed by the bell desk staff at L1, he was so friendly and it was a great start. Check in was seamless! We stayed at the highest floor and the view was great. The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne as we told them that it was a wedding anniversary celebration. The room was modern, clean, and the best! Parking is at Amu Plaza just beside the hotel. Gym facilities at L8 were brand new and clean. Overall the best experience and we would recommend everyone to stay here when they visit Nagasaki! Memorable stay and the highlight of our time in Nagasaki!We would love to visit here again! - Cassandra

RRetired Travel AgentService and attention to detail can make a difference. A truly professional hotel in every sense of the word in an excellent central Nagasaki position. Need mall food, and you are spoilt for choice. Local top Japanese restaurants were fully booked so the mall choices helped.

PPengguna TetamuI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Candeo Hotel in Nagasaki, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Nestled in the heart of Chinatown, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers.
Additionally, the hotel is just a short 2-minute walk from bus stops, making it easy to explore the rest of Nagasaki with ease.
The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean, which greatly enhanced the comfort of my stay. The check-in process is unique as it takes place on the 11th floor. Despite the initial surprise, the process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional.
The convenience of having various restaurants and convenience shops within walking distance is a significant plus. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, you won’t have to venture far to find what you need.
Overall, my stay at Candeo Hotel was delightful. The combination of its convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and excellent service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Nagasaki. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

PPengguna TetamuThe Staff are very welcoming with a vast knowledge of the local area and afar. Very friendly people. The hotel is minutes from the harbour next to a shopping mall which houses a food court in the basement with international foods as well as traditional local fayre. Next to the hotel is a Napalise Restaurant and a 7/11 supermarket.
The rooms are spacious enough for a single traveller with the usual amenities such as free drinking water, hairdryer, shower, clothing care products and for the first time ever I got a Bath-Bomb each day for the very deep bath-tub!
There are laundry machines on each floor which you enter your own made-up Personal Identification Number (PIN) 4 digits so that only you can open the machine, they take two hours for an average wash and dry for 600 Y.
I'd stay again without a doubt!!

코루산트 호텔 나가사키 스테이션 2에서의 숙박은 정말 좋았습니다. 위치도 나가사키 공항에서 버스를 타고 나가사키 에키마에로 바로 올 수 있었고 버스에서 내려서도 도보로 10분 이내(짐을 들고 이동하는 것을 기준)의 거리에 위치 하고 있습니다. 나가사키 JR역 또 옆에는 버스터미널도 숙소에서 가까운 곳에 있어 공항 버스를 다시 타러 갈 때도 좋았습니다. 전차를 타는 곳도 큰길로 나오면 바로 있어 GOOD!
스탠다드 패밀리룸은 더블베드가 있는 방 2개(큰 방에는 큰 붙박이장이 있어 옷도 여유있게 걸고 캐리어 보관도 가능!), 주방 겸 거실의 공용공간, 샤워 룸, 화장실로 구성되어 있습니다.
레지던스 호텔로 침대가 있는 방도 넒었고 공용공간도 넒어서 3명의 캐리어를 다 펼치고도 여유 공간이 많고 정말 좋았습니다. 체크인 전후로 캐리어 보관도 가능해요!!

成成先生I picked this hotel because it was right next to Nagasaki train station which made it super convenient to arrive and check-in without a hassle. The hotel is your standard Japanese style: very clean, comfortable and small. The check-in/check-out process was done via kiosk so not much customer service to rate. The price of the room was very reasonable, however, the thing I didn't like was the early checkout time at 10:00am instead of the usual 11 or noon at most other places. Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay at if you're visiting Nagasaki.

꾸꾸꾸야아제가 갔던 호텔 중 손꼽히게 좋았어요 식사가격이 좀 비싸도 바다를 보면서 식사를 하고 충분히 가치가 있게 맛있었습니다
일출을 방에서 볼 수있고 등대까지 셔틀이데려다 줘서 일몰도 구경할 수있습니다
온천도 잘 되있어서 여러군데 다 돌아다니면서 하루종일 온천 사우나했습니다
무료카페도 원두갈아서 내려먹는재미도 좋아요

MmharsnThe pictures over promise and the guest house under delivers. It is in a good location and the staff is friendly enough, but not all sleeping areas look like the pictures. Some private areas go width wise instead of lengthwise, so they have only half the floor space for standing up. And if you have an upper bunk, then the ladder takes up 20% of that floor space. Towels are not included. For the breakfast, you make the toast yourself from bread in the refrigerator. By 8:00 a.m., people are brushing their teeth and using the hair dryer in the center of the dorm room, so you won't be able to sleep.
Overall it's ok, and better than most capsule hotels. But don't let the pictures get your hopes up too high.
