Rating: 4 out of 5 stars Review: My recent stay at the Okinawa Best Western was overall quite delightful. The location is perfect for beach lovers and surf enthusiasts, offering easy access to sea, sand, and sun. Despite some language barriers, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. While not offering an extensive variety, the dishes were delicious and provided the necessary energy for a day of activities. However, it's worth mentioning that the surrounding area lacks shopping options, with only the hotel and a convenience store nearby. On the bright side, there's a fantastic steakhouse and a traditional Okinawan dining spot just across the road. The only downside was a minor hiccup with the room arrangement. Despite booking for two single beds and an extra bed for my daughter, we were only provided with two single beds. This inconvenience led me to deduct one star from my rating. Overall, the Okinawa Best Western offers a pleasant beachside retreat with friendly staff and tasty breakfast options. Just double-check your room arrangements to avoid any surprises.

外装や、エレベーターなど一部古さを感じる部分もあったが、内装はきちんとリブランドされており、沖縄の海や自然を感じられるデザインだった。今回、チェックインの時間を勘違いしてしまい、早く到着してしまったが、スタッフの方が快く対応してくださりとても助かった。客室も広く、水回りも清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせた。名護市街から少し離れた場所にあるため、夕食はホテルのビュッフェを利用したが、種類も多く、味ももちろん満足のいくものだった。また、沖縄民謡のパフォーマンスもあり、地元民、観光客関係なく楽しめるだろう。気になる点をあえていうならば、駐車場が完全に整備されていないところだ。砂利道に加えて、区切り線が見えづらいため、駐車の際は気にする必要がある。しかし、総じて素晴らしいホテルだったため、また機会があればぜひ泊まりたい。

I stayed here for 4 days as it's situated in the middle of most of the attractions i was going. Location : good. It has some good restaurants down the road (approximately 5-10mims drive) besides, it's easy to access to the rest of the places. This hotel is approximately 1.4km away from the place to take glass boat bottom. Food : breakfast was fantastic! I would say it's a great selection of food, but not wide. They rotate the breakfast daily. So you wont get bored of eating the same everyday. Room : spacious with nice sea view. We requested foe higher floor and also sea view. So our room was 814. It's spacious enough to put two huge luggage ard. Carpeted flooring. And they also offer 2 types of bedroom slippers. Facilities : there is a laundromat at the basement. No money exchange machine. So would need to change with the receptionist before washing. Souvenir store at level 1 sell great stuff. From food, to clothings, to mask. There is also an activity center which you can book to snorkel etc. would recommend to go early and book ahead as it seems to quite popular. Unfortunately, they didn't have a slot for us, so we didnt manage to try. Service : Average. The receptionist are not very friendly. They tried their best to offer the help, but i think their service can improved better. Maybe a bit more warmth smile and gesture may have make this a pleasant stay. But, breakfast service staff are very nice. There is this particular lady, that would greet us happily and she is also fast in keeping the place clean. Despite that she is busy, she will still give her best to service everyone. I like her! Carpark : hotel carpark is limited. So if you happen to return late and the carpark is full, you may need to park opposite. There are 4 carparks available. The only directly opposite the hotel is carpark 2 , there are also carpark 3 & 4, which is not very faraway. Especially weekend, the hotel gets really full as there would be Japanese flying over for short break. This hotel seems to have revamped. So the room looks new and comfortable. So, i would recommend this hotel for 1st timer as it's relatively affordable and also convenient.

GW中の宿泊利用で、15:00前に到着。受付にお客はひと組だけで、すぐにチェックイン手続き出来ました。宿泊費は前払いでした。部屋は7階で、窓から海が見えましたが、全面に広がっている、という風ではなく手前の林の方がよく目につきました。少し古い感じはするかもしれませんが、清潔感はあり居心地は良かったです。プールは、植栽や並んだビーチチェアなどで、南国のリゾートホテルの雰囲気が良く出ていて、広さもあり、満足でした。夕食はチェックイン時に予約し、19:00よりディナーブッフェを利用しました。高級なメニューはありませんでしたが、色々な沖縄料理など豊富なメニューはどれも美味しく頂きました。家庭料理的なメニューが多めでしたので、5,000円の金額に見合うか？とい部分は個々で様々な感想がありそうですが、私は大満足で食べ過ぎてしまいました。食後に現地で精算しました。朝食はスタートの6:30の少し前に並びました。開店時は余裕があり、全員入店してもまだ空席はありましたが、7:00頃には満席で待ちが出ていたようです。朝食はディナーブッフェとはまるで違うメニューでしたが、メニュー数は豊富にあり、沖縄料理のメニューもありました。こちらも美味しく頂き食べ過ぎました。スタッフさんは気さくで感じの良い方ばかりしかお目に掛かりませんでした。高級ホテルのようなお大臣さまでも相手にしてるかのような接客ではありませんでしたが、私としては肩肘張らずにすみましたので、こんな感じの接客の方がくつろげます。高級ホテルのような接客を求める方だと、私とは違う感想を持たれるかもしれません。荷物も自分で部屋まで運びますし。金額は高級ホテルのそれよりは幾分お安いと思いますので、私にとっては大満足でした。

有很大停車場，即使酒店外面停車場已滿，會有工作人員按排前往另一個地方泊車會有接駁巴士來往私人海灘，如果不想去海灘，酒店內有一個泳池及按摩池，另有自費溫泉♨️ 游水後泳衣可以使用酒店投幣式洗衣機洗，ocean town 2洗衣房比較焗，建議前往ocean town 1洗衣房有冷氣比較舒適如果打算一整天待在酒店玩水，其實不錯，因為酒店有便利商店，有餐廳，酒吧，還有體驗活動。美中不足的是房間床褥及梳化比較多塵暪，因為我和老公坐在梳化和睡在床上感覺非常痕癢。可以的話自備一次性床單，枕頭袋及被袋。其他一切都很好👍🏻

If you're looking for amazing views and access to a secluded sandy beach this is likely a reasonable spot to choose, especially for you're paying with points.. Cash rates are a bit high. Walk 5 min in either direction on Sesoko beach. There won't be a human in sight as you swim or catch some sun. All in all we enjoyed our stay but would have picked another spot to get more out of our limited time in Okinawa. Pros: - newish hotel - amazing views - good point redemption rates for Hilton Honors members - spacious suites if you get a room upgrade - friendly staff - access to a beautiful white sandy beach with very few people around Cons: - impossibly difficult to access without a very expensive cab or a hard to get car rental - no activities or services you'd expect from a place with resort in the name. - limited food and drink options. - people tend to bring their kids who get loud and annoying given lack of activities to keep them busy. Things to keep in mind: - There is nothing nearby. You can't go anywhere without a car and car rentals were sold out far in advance of our trip. Don't plan to do any site seeing if you're staying here. You're coming for the pool and beach, not Okinawa. - Getting to the hotel from the airport is about 3.5 hours by bus for $12 USD or $180 USD by cab. The hotel does have an airport shuttle that costs about $20US per person but it only operates on a limited schedule that is unlikely to align with your flights or activity plans. You really need a car or cab. A shuttle across the bridge to Motubo should probably be included in your room rate, but it isn't and local cabs are hard to come by. It took hours for them to find us one. - The hotel staff are super nice but the hotel offers no activities or services. Don't expect sunscreen in the gift shop or water activity gear for check out or rent. You'll need to drive to the main island and into town for those. If you’re looking for a restaurant offsite you’ll have to find it on your own the concierge says he's not allowed to recommend restaurants, but that he can call and check on availability if you give him options. - Food and drink options are limited. Given no activities on site you'd think at least a cocktail by the pool would be an option, it is not. The only option for drinks is the lobby and you can’t bring those to the pool. Food is your typical boring overpriced Hilton fare, not the local Japanese or Okinawan food you'd want at a remote destination like this. It does the job, but if you have a car - go offsite to one of the restaurants in town. Verdict: great spot for a quiet and secluded stay but checkout spots on Naha or one of the further remote islands if you're looking for Okinawa experience.

2月上旬に友人家族と宿泊するため4ベッドタイプのお部屋をご利用させていただきました。小さな子供（0歳児含む）もいる2家族の旅行で、少し不安だったのですが、お部屋のドアを開けるとその不安も吹き飛びました。まず、幼児用のベッドが準備され、オムツ用のごみ箱から子供用のバスタブまでしっかりと準備されていました。また、綺麗なキッチン付なので、ミルクや離乳食を作る場所も確保されていて、カップルやご夫婦のみならず、小さな子供がいるファミリーも安心して寛げるホテルだなと感心しました。また、美ら海水族館まで車で数分の場所にあり、何よりホテルに隣接されたハナサキマルシェという施設で海鮮料理や焼き肉、お土産の購入、旅行中必要になったものも買うことができますので、（コンビニも近くに2つくらいありましたが）沖縄の北部旅行にはとてもお勧めできるホテルでした。部屋もオーシャンビューで、シャンプー等のアメニティも高級、朝食も自家製のチーズややんばるのフレッシュな食材で調理された沖縄料理も楽しめますので、できれば朝食付きで宿泊された方が良いかと思います。私は何度も沖縄のホテルを宿泊していますが、名のある外資系のラグジュアリーホテルよりも、このホテルの方が良い意味でリラックスした沖縄のおもてなしを受けれるなぁと思いました。次は夏にきて、綺麗なプールに入りながら満喫したいと思います。

Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. The hotel is a bit old and some of the interior structure is worn out. The cleanliness of the room is so-so, as we can found some sands on the luggage rack. The service in the hotel is good and the view from room is superb. (The attached picture was taken from the room - view from guestroom). The white chapel is the signature landmark of the hotel. Overall, we will still recommend this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuWe just stayed 4 nights at the Onna Resort, the house looks exactly as the photos. The space is beautiful and the ocean is right in front of your porch. It has beds and amenities for 12 people but I think since there’s only 1 bathroom it can only accommodate 6 people maximum comfortably (there are 2 toilets though). The kitchen is functional and has all the basic necessities. Some small things are missing, like rags and seasonings, so be prepared to get your own. It was great being able to do laundry with the washer and dryer, and there are plenty of hanging spaces in the rooms.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed in a two double bed room for one night as the last day of a short stay in Okinawa. I was coming from a two-night stay ay the Hoshinoya Resort. The contrast of the two hotels was interesting. Hoshinoya is a very Japanese style place, which has its pluses and minuses. The RC is very much an American style hotel. Which is not bad at all. I appreciated the breakfast buffet and having a large plate of perfectly cooked scramble eggs and all the items that comprise American comfort breakfast food - the fluffy pancakes, bacon, etc. The rooms were also very well furnished with no end of amenities. The property itself is very clean and well laid out. If you are a smoker, be aware you cannot smoke on the balcony and there is only one smoking area in the entire property. I also had the teppanyaki course dinner at Kise. The highest price Kise course ran around 30,000 yen. It was a bit pricey but the courses were excellent. I appreciated that the chef was low-key - no juggling of knives and spatulas. If you looking for a dependable place and also play golf, this would be worth a look. The English proficiency is still a bit of an issue, not all staff speak proficient English. That's not the fault of the hotel. I think that's a problem with Okinawa and Japan generally.

PPengguna TetamuThe Terrace Club at Busena stands out as one of my favorite hotels I have ever visited. My family and I want to personally thank everyone who worked at the resort - from the lovely wait staff at breakfast and happy hour...to the kind, accommodating front desk staff...to the sweet and capable spa personnel - all worked tirelessly to make our time there special. The resort design and interiors are restrained, tasteful and elegant and complement the natural scenery beautifully. I appreciated the smaller scale of the hotel, it is not an ostentatious out-of-place concrete high rise that is so typical of beach vacation destinations. The rooms exceeded our expectations with lots of ”oohs and ahhs” from our family when we first arrived. The look and feel of this place is quiet luxury. And we got so many amenities for a fair room rate, access to the amazing thalasso outdoor heated pool, complimentary happy hours, huge buffet breakfast, large size individual room terraces, access to their bigger sister resort with all its amenities just down the road, the list goes on. Finally our family found the right kind of hotel that suits our sensibilities - a beautiful, tasteful place with impeccable service, that still manages to maintain a down-to-earth, warm and friendly vibe. Everyone there was just so incredibly nice and lovely! Thank you all for an A+ stay!

PPengguna Tetamu長期滞在型ホテルですが、部屋の広さや設備、場所的にもファミリーには良いと思います。一番大きな2LDKタイプの角部屋に泊まりました。トイレが2つ、大きめのお風呂が1つとシャワールームが1つ、どちらにも独立洗面台付きでした。とにかく部屋が広く、我が家の２歳児は室内を走りまくっていました。今回は夫婦と子ども1人で利用しましたが、バストイレが2つずつあり、部屋も寝室が2つあるので次回3世代で利用したいと思います。周辺はオキナワフルーツランド、パイナップルパークならすぐそばなので中々楽しめました。またここを拠点に美ら海、辺戸岬、橋で繋がっている周辺離島も観光できます。ただし、レストランがホテルには併設されていないので、ご飯については周辺の飲食店の利用となります。朝と昼はすぐそばのカフェ、ハンバーガー屋さんを利用できますが、夜は少し考えた方が良いです！徒歩圏内だと、イタリアンか焼肉のみになります。他の場所に行くとなると、車かタクシー利用になります。ローソン、セブンがほぼ目の前なので困ったことは特にありません。他の方も口コミで書いていましたが、バスタオル類の貸し出しは1回のみで変えてもらいたい時は有料となります。洗濯機と乾燥機があるので自分で洗うようにということだと思います！洗濯用洗剤はありましたが、柔軟剤はないので持っていってもいいかもです。連泊でも室内の掃除等はないので、頼む場合は有料となっていました！(部屋に掃除機設置あり。) 生活するように旅する派にはおすすめです。

Simple breakfast but you can enjoy seaview with wind breeze making the experience a bonus. Direct bus connection to airport is another plus point. Would recommend guests to utilise the Tuk Tuk shuttle to access to uphill resort for free swimming pool and paid buffer dinner
