2泊3日の1日目として利用させていただきました。 なんと言ってもスタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしく、大変気持ちよく宿泊させていただけました。 旅行でもホテルの滞在時間が長くない方には本当におすすめです。 露天のお風呂もあり季節的に冷えますが湯加減がちょうどよく湯冷めもしませんでした。また女湯のセキュリティの配慮もバッチリで安心できました。 朝ご飯も無料とは思えない品数と美味しさで十分です。 コンビニもスーパーも近く、海も散歩できます。 ホテル付近のご飯屋さんの手作りマップはわかりやすく、教えていただいたご飯屋さんが本当に美味しかったです。 次回も名護に行く際は必ず利用させていただきます。

Hotel ini terletak dengan baik. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 10 minit untuk memandu ke aeon/donKi. Di sebelah Pantai Century 21, anda boleh bermain bunga api pada waktu malam. Teres bilik hotel menghadap ke padang besbol dan laut, mewujudkan persekitaran yang tenang dan selesa. Terdapat habuk di sudut hotel, dan terdapat juga sedikit habuk di atas meja sisi katil dan muka jam apabila anda menyentuhnya. Sila berhati-hati jika anda menuntut ~ Tandas bersih dan tiada bau~ Terdapat Lawson di sebelah hotel. Terdapat satu atau dua izakaya/restoran di belakang, dan anda boleh memandu ke banyak restoran berdekatan.

Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. 星野集團 BEB5沖繩瀨良垣，這是星野推出的青年旅行品牌，主打合理的價格讓青年出遊也能享有良好的品質。 感想五點速讀： 1.外觀很像高級學生宿舍 2.在荒郊野外的公路邊 3.房間大又家電俱全是可以生活的公寓 4.轉角房的L型大陽台很爽 5.星野集團的電視都好小 /Check-in/ 1.停車免費 2.掃描訂房提供的QRcode即完成入住手續 3.行李要自己拖到房間 4.退房也是瞬間完成 5.電梯感應裝置停用，電梯沒有管制 /房型/ 10/14(週六)入住55平方米轉角房：台幣4000元 1.沙發大到可以再睡兩個人 2.烤箱是百慕達 3.冰箱是中型，有區分冷藏、冷凍 4.有電磁爐、抽油煙機，甚至有鍋具 5.浴缸水龍頭特殊設計，放水時靜音不會吵 6.浴室裡有一台洗脫烘，空間超寬敞 7.盥洗面盆有兩個 8.床很好睡 9.沒有瓶裝水，要自己到一樓裝水或煮水 /飯店設施/ ＜室外無邊際泳池＞ 泳池相當漂亮，雖然沒有海景，但有水上發呆沙發涼亭，可以躺著看天空放空。 ＜健身房＞ 小小的健身房，是常見的陽春型，堪用而已。 ＜頂樓觀景平台＞ 這個大平台漆成全白，大太陽底下要配戴墨鏡再過來比較好，可以遠眺海景跟萬座毛的洲際酒店。 /心得/ 這間住宿地處偏僻，適合自駕的旅客，附近就有萬座毛景點可以參觀，往北到古宇利島、往南到美國村的開車距離大概都是四五十分鐘。 晚上附近可以吃的東西不多，但很推薦一間「沖繩古民家七輪燒肉」，這家燒肉充滿傳統沖繩風情，阿古豬套餐一定要點來吃吃看。 阿古豬是沖繩特有豬，沒有豬腥味，甜度高一般豬肉三倍，富含膠原蛋白。 這次因為對星野集團充滿興趣，所以安排了這裡住一晚，週六入住只要四千元很合理，住宿體驗也相當好。 但地點確實偏了點，又不像附近的洲際有自己的沙灘跟大量公設可以使用。 如果真的安排來這裡，又沒有交通工具的朋朋，可能要有發呆的心理準備唷！ #沖繩

If you're looking for amazing views and access to a secluded sandy beach this is likely a reasonable spot to choose, especially for you're paying with points.. Cash rates are a bit high. Walk 5 min in either direction on Sesoko beach. There won't be a human in sight as you swim or catch some sun. All in all we enjoyed our stay but would have picked another spot to get more out of our limited time in Okinawa. Pros: - newish hotel - amazing views - good point redemption rates for Hilton Honors members - spacious suites if you get a room upgrade - friendly staff - access to a beautiful white sandy beach with very few people around Cons: - impossibly difficult to access without a very expensive cab or a hard to get car rental - no activities or services you'd expect from a place with resort in the name. - limited food and drink options. - people tend to bring their kids who get loud and annoying given lack of activities to keep them busy. Things to keep in mind: - There is nothing nearby. You can't go anywhere without a car and car rentals were sold out far in advance of our trip. Don't plan to do any site seeing if you're staying here. You're coming for the pool and beach, not Okinawa. - Getting to the hotel from the airport is about 3.5 hours by bus for $12 USD or $180 USD by cab. The hotel does have an airport shuttle that costs about $20US per person but it only operates on a limited schedule that is unlikely to align with your flights or activity plans. You really need a car or cab. A shuttle across the bridge to Motubo should probably be included in your room rate, but it isn't and local cabs are hard to come by. It took hours for them to find us one. - The hotel staff are super nice but the hotel offers no activities or services. Don't expect sunscreen in the gift shop or water activity gear for check out or rent. You'll need to drive to the main island and into town for those. If you’re looking for a restaurant offsite you’ll have to find it on your own the concierge says he's not allowed to recommend restaurants, but that he can call and check on availability if you give him options. - Food and drink options are limited. Given no activities on site you'd think at least a cocktail by the pool would be an option, it is not. The only option for drinks is the lobby and you can’t bring those to the pool. Food is your typical boring overpriced Hilton fare, not the local Japanese or Okinawan food you'd want at a remote destination like this. It does the job, but if you have a car - go offsite to one of the restaurants in town. Verdict: great spot for a quiet and secluded stay but checkout spots on Naha or one of the further remote islands if you're looking for Okinawa experience.

2月上旬に友人家族と宿泊するため4ベッドタイプのお部屋をご利用させていただきました。小さな子供（0歳児含む）もいる2家族の旅行で、少し不安だったのですが、お部屋のドアを開けるとその不安も吹き飛びました。まず、幼児用のベッドが準備され、オムツ用のごみ箱から子供用のバスタブまでしっかりと準備されていました。また、綺麗なキッチン付なので、ミルクや離乳食を作る場所も確保されていて、カップルやご夫婦のみならず、小さな子供がいるファミリーも安心して寛げるホテルだなと感心しました。また、美ら海水族館まで車で数分の場所にあり、何よりホテルに隣接されたハナサキマルシェという施設で海鮮料理や焼き肉、お土産の購入、旅行中必要になったものも買うことができますので、（コンビニも近くに2つくらいありましたが）沖縄の北部旅行にはとてもお勧めできるホテルでした。部屋もオーシャンビューで、シャンプー等のアメニティも高級、朝食も自家製のチーズややんばるのフレッシュな食材で調理された沖縄料理も楽しめますので、できれば朝食付きで宿泊された方が良いかと思います。私は何度も沖縄のホテルを宿泊していますが、名のある外資系のラグジュアリーホテルよりも、このホテルの方が良い意味でリラックスした沖縄のおもてなしを受けれるなぁと思いました。次は夏にきて、綺麗なプールに入りながら満喫したいと思います。

We love Maihana wellness resort especially the onsen in the resort. After a day out the onsen make us recharge and refresh. Clean and cozy stay 30/1/24-2/2/24. Free parking available and there are many places to eat around the resort.The room are spacious and have partial seaview .We will be back here if we are in okinawa again

This review is more of a customer service complaint. My husband had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital on Monday and our reservation was for Friday. It was abundantly clear we were not able to go, so contacted the hotel. I did not remember there was a week notice required for cancellation. When I explained the situation and asked if we could rebook I was met with an emphatic ”no”. This is a holiday weekend for both Japanese and Americans so I am reasonably certain they could have booked someone else with 5 days notice. I felt that they were cold and heartless and too rigid in enforcing this policy and unreasonable. Beware if you book here.
