Kami menempah junior suite tetapi tidak di Hotel adalah di kediaman. Lif ABIT perlahan walaupun terdapat dua lif. Ulasan untuk sarapan pagi adalah baik. Tetapi penyebarannya banyak tetapi makanan kini hangat. Mee sekarang sedap. Donut ABIT keras ..kek tak lembut ..pekerja membantu ..memandangkan kami pergi awal jam 6.30 pagi ada makanan yang tiada di meja bufet....semua makanan ada dalam periuk induksi tetapi tidak panas ... .

The room is spacious and clean. There is no food or entertainment within walking distance of the hotel. You need to travel by car if you need get somewhere.

Location of the hotel is very convenient,nomatter where you go, is in central area.Nagoya is within 5-10min by car. Room are cosy and clealiness of the room is above average.

Location was a bit far off from the central. We gave the staff tips when he came to collect the wine opener and informed him we needed extra 2 pillows. However, the pillows never came! Couldn't sleep well because a dog was barking the whole night and the prayer music started at 5am! The breakfast choices was not international. The rooms condition were not very good too.

Hotel is new. Room is spacious.
Staff are very friendly.
Breakfasts spread is wide and coffee. Love the ginger and turmeric drink, varieties of coffee that come with the spread.
Hotel has gym, whirlpool and sauna.

I liked the room and the overall services, but I was disappointed with the mini bar. A fridge should be provided, as having a mini bar that isn't cold seems pointless. I wonder what the management was thinking.

I had a great stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence! The room was clean and comfortable, and even have bathtub, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location in best to walk around, which made it super easy to get around. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Stayed here so many times.
Can’t complain at all, central location, excellent room size, clean & cold aircon.
Pretty sizable spread for breakfast & staff are responsive/attentive. Will continue to choose to stay here again.

Nice property, great ambience for holiday mood. Clean bathtub, you can soaking in a tub of hot water. But, the shower area has a bit gross of grimes, and it has an awful smell. Luckily, the room, towel & bedsheets are clean and the staff are always smiling and friendly 😀. The food is good, my favourite is the Bubur Ayam, and espresso is great, with plenty of Western and Asian cuisine choices as well.

I had an amazing stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence! The cleanliness was top-notch; the rooms and common areas were spotless. The location was very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and restaurants. The service was excellent—staff members were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The amenities were impressive, especially the pool and gym, which were well-maintained.
