The service provided is excellent. It is located near the Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Lucky Plaza, which is convenient for me when shopping and buying food. I will consider booking here again.

Overall hotel location is good, lots of eateries Hotel team is very professional, helpful, informative. The best I ever encounter! A point deduction on "Cleanliness" as when we checked in at 10pm, the table is still with food stain from the previous guest. The toilet glass door is missing, water splashing out. But nevertheless I will still come back to this hotel again.

Highly recommend this hotel On the first day we stayed in the hotel.I want to clean my room and pressing items informed reception but they ars not follow procedure.Inside room towel many black stains. Room is very clean and housekeeper also friendly. Location very good. Thank you for staying time.

The breakfast selection is various and the taste is great. It will be great if it more spacious and no that crowded. The space between the bed and the TV is too narrow, a bit difficult to walk thru. Nearby hotel also have lots of food options and have convenient store nearby. Staff are friendly too. Overall I enjoy my stay and will be back again for the breakfast 😍😍

This hotel I book so many times for location is very good hotel staff are very friendly I love it.

I returned for another birthday stay due to the convenient location. Despite previously mentioning a strong sewage smell, the room was good. However, I encountered another issue: the missing shower room door caused water to flow out. I appreciate efforts to eliminate the smell, but hope the hotel ensures good room conditions before letting other guests stay. Cleanliness could be improved (found pillow stains). Despite this, the hotel acknowledged my birthday with a cake and towels decoration, making it a decent stay overall :)

Great two nights stay with excellent service by Ria upon check-in, welcome us with smiling face and professional service with a free upgrade of room. Kudos to Desy for assisting us with ferry tickets and extra miles for carrying our heavy boxes and luggages upon check-out! Will definitely return to Aston for the next visit! 😊
