今回の年末年始12/31〜1/3まで、当日チェックイン時間よりも早く到着しましたが、部屋の準備が出来ているということで、約30分ほど早くチェックインできました。また以前の宿泊記録がパネルに表示されるので、紙に書く必要もなくサインのみでスムーズでした。 今回は709のスタンダード部屋を利用しました。部屋は東向きで、窓からの景色もあり、Wi-Fiもスムーズ、トイレと風呂はユニットバスでしたが、シャワーカーテンが湾曲になっており、狭くは感じません。しかし冬のこの時期、お風呂には入ると、膝を曲げて体育座りをしないと入らないという点はありますが、排水やお湯の出はスムーズ、シャワーヘッドの調整も容易になり、そうした改良点が高評価。 ベットが広く、寝やすかったですが、その分スーツケースを広げるスペースまでは無かったので、その辺りは承知していたので、問題無し。冷蔵庫も引き出しタイプなので、使い勝手がいい。暖房もうるさく無く、ただ空気清浄機の場所を窓側にしたかったが、コンセントが無く、枕元付近しか設置出来なかった。チェックアウトは、専用機でスムーズ。 朝食は決して品数は多くは無いですが、手袋をしてバイキング形式で好きなだけいたたげます。 場所は地下鉄7番からとありますが、スーツケースがあるなら、4番出口から日土地伏見ビルのエスカレーターを使うと地上まで上がれます。ただし 横断歩道をわたる必要はあります。 またホテルを左側に5分位歩くとテラッセ納屋橋の１階にドンキホーテ運営のスーパーがあり、お惣菜、パン、日用雑貨なども品数も多く、フードコートにマツキヨも。また近くにコメダに郵便局、今回運休していた空港リムジンのバス停も近く、周りの環境を考慮すると立地も高評価となりました。

Nice! The children love Japanese style bed so much. They also love the tatami and the seats on the floor. We slept well at night. 7-11 is just 1 min walk from the hotel. Staff are all nice and polite

The hotel room is clean and the location is meant to be convenient; it is just a few mins walk from the subway exit
However, it was very unfortunate that the exit was closed on the next day after we arrived due to the Golden week holiday, and the distance to the hotel became very far.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. But considering paying almost US$130 a night for a self service hotel , it is pricey.
You need to get amenities ie paper cup, hot water, robes,....from the lobby and there wasn't any safe deposit box
Nor phone in the room.
The attitude of the staff is average.

We traveled to Nagoya Sakae for five days, staying at Travelodge as a family of three—me, my wife, and our toddler.
We stayed on their Superior Queen Room, which is amply spaced for a Japanese hotel. Even with its small footprint, it was surprising that it has its own fridge, movable table for eating or work, and an ensuite toilet and bath. I also love that it has a window overlooking Mirai Tower.
It has a gym, laundromat, and a co-working space that's also used in the morning for buffet breakfast (optional). I love that all guests are given access to free soda and juice dispenser.
Location is also very good, about five-minute by foot to Nagoya Tower, and surrounded all around by convenience stores, restaurants, and bars—really vibrant during the weekends.
And if you're into walking, most of Nagoya's tourist spots is walkable from the hotel, including Nagoya Castle and the Science Museum.

We spended a night in a triple room, which was clean and queit, on the 12th floor. This was our second time staying here so we're pretty much getting around easily. The staff was helpful and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in time. The amenities were all you need plus iron and board stored in the hallway's wall. Breakfast starts at 7am and has variety of food. Recommend staying!!

13歳の娘と泊まりました。12歳以下添い寝無料のホテルは時々見掛けますが、18歳以下添い寝無料はなかなかなく、元々の宿泊料金もお安かったので、とても助かりました。 もう体の大きい娘ですが、大人２人でも十分な広さのダブルベッドだったので、快適でした。 大人用のパジャマは備え付きでありますが、子供用のパジャマの貸出はないので、持参する必要があります（うっかり忘れてしまいました…子供用の枕とバスタオルは受付時に貸してくださいます。） スマホの充電器も忘れてしまいましたが、色んな挿し口のついた充電器が部屋に備え付けてあるので、スマホとモバイルバッテリーの充電ができて助かりました（２台同時に充電はできません）。 部屋も綺麗で、栄駅からもまっすぐ進むだけの徒歩２分、下にセブンイレブンがありとても便利だったので、名古屋に行く際はまた利用したいです。

The location of the hotel is a bit far from JR station. It is around red light district and may not be good for single women to go out at night. Staff are very helpful and with good manners. Hotel is new and bathroom and spacious compared to other old hotels in Japan. The Travelodge brand is acceptable and at reasonable price

PPengguna Tetamuマリオットのポイント宿泊です。 【感想】 ・概要 名古屋では、ほぼ四半世紀ぶりに新築の高級ーホテルとだけあって、全般的な設備面は素晴らしいです。 庶民なので、各地の高級ホテルに泊まりまくっているわけではないので、目の肥えた方の評価はわかりませんが、滞在中チープさを感じるシーンは全くありませんでした。一泊5万～でも納得です。 ・結婚式業者の手掛ける高級ホテルとして 特に、このホテルは「愛グループ」という地方の結婚式業者が手掛けた初の高級ホテルということで、正直期待していなかったですが、それを裏切る完成度だと思います。 マリオット加盟ということもあり、国内外のトレンド踏まえてしっかりコンサルティングの上、作り込んだホテルなのかなと思います。 歴史、格式という点ではナゴヤキャッスルや観光ホテルかとは思いますが、単純に高級さ、高感度さの点では名古屋一のホテルではないでしょうか。 また、結婚式業者のホテルなので、婚礼・バンケット設備が主になりがちです。が、ここのホテルは1Fのエントランスから、宿泊者と婚礼施設と導線が完全に分離されているのがかなり好感でした。披露宴後の酔客がホテルのロビーに屯するという光景は見られにくく、宿泊客は静かで落ち着いた滞在ができるるのではないでしょうか。 客室などのデザインも、結婚式場付帯のホテルにありがちなギラギラした感じはなく、落ち着いた高級感のあるインテリアです。その点は、八事や笹島で運営している某結婚式業者のホテルとは異なります。 ・客室 アメニティの質が高いです。最近はSDGsのせいでリッツカールトンでもボトルタイプのシャンプー設置ですが、こちらは個包装タイプのを採用しています。香りも良いブランド品ですので、旅の思い出に持ち帰り自宅で使用することができて好感です。ドライヤーはレプロナイザーです。無料ドリンクは、瓶入りのミネラルウォーターが1人2本、ネスプレッソや、ホテルオリジナルブレンドのティーパック等もありました。 ベッドサイドのB&Oの防水スピーカーは風呂にも持っていけるし、音質もとても良いです。 東側のシティサイドの部屋でしたが、逆に高層ビルが無いので、朝日たっぷり浴びて気持ちよく起床できました。TV塔など見える久屋大通側のパークサイドのほうが部屋代高いようですが、個人的にはシティサイドのほうがおすすめです。 ・フィットネス 久屋大通を望みながら気持ちよく運動ができ、休憩所には果物や飲み物がおいてあり自由に摂ることができます。ウエアやシューズも無料で貸してくれるのでスキマ時間に気軽に訪れられます。大浴場とサウナは、客室と同じブランドのシャンプー類がボトルで設置。ドライヤーはダイソンです。 ・スタッフ 名古屋初進出の業者ということもあり、新規採用が多いのでしょう、20前半くらいの若い女性スタッフが多い印象でしたが、これくらいの若々しさとフレンドリーさがこのホテルの雰囲気には合致していると思います。老舗のベテランホテルマンの完璧な接遇はいい意味でここでは不要かと。 ドアマン、フロントスタッフの制服もトレンドとフォーマルを良い塩梅でミックスさせたもので、スタイリッシュでした。 客室はタブレット端末ばかりで諸案内がわかりにくいので、気軽にコンシェルジュに電話して相談すると良いと思います。すぐ対応してくれて、名前でちゃんと呼んでくれます。 【要望するとしたら】 ・ウェルカムフレグランスがちょっと甘ったるくてきついかな。アバクロの店舗のようなちょっとヤンチャさを感じます。 作り込まれたホテルなので何らかのコンセプトのもとで選定した香りかと思いますが、もう少しシトラスとかバーベナ系の香りのほうが良い気もします。あとはアメニティのシャンプー類と香り合わせるとか。 ・客室までの案内はなく、エレベーターでお別れです。 せめて荷物くらい後で持ってきてくれれば、と思いました、客室数も多くなく、混んでいる日でもなかったので。 また、最新の客室につき、各種操作がわかりにくいものが多いですので、やはり部屋まで来てもらって一通り説明したほうが良いのではと思います。 今春には中日ビルのロイヤルパークホテル、2026年にはコンラッドと、栄地区に高級ホテルが一気に増えます、これからが正念場だと思いますのでブラッシュアップしながら営業頑張っていただければと思います。

PPengguna TetamuHotel is right in front of Legoland. You can check in to the Hotel before entering the park. Highly recommend buying the tickets on the official website- international credit card accepted.
Legoland is my favorite theme park because there isn't a queue or a crowd. That means you can totally enjoy the park and literally go on your favorite rides many times!
The staff at the park is super friendly and they make the rides, arcade games and shopping memorable. Apple fries is a must have! Breaded apple slices with cinnamon dipped in whipped cream is such a treat on a winter day.
Although the parks opening hours are 10am to 5pm, it's more than enough time to enjoy the park and even sit down for a meal or snack.
Lego Hotel is amazing with big rooms and theme amenities. There is a children makers park near by with glass, pottery and even an animal zoo for children to enjoy. Of course, there are many eateries- Korean, Kyoto beef Katsu, Ramen, ********* Bubble tea and shops. There is a beautiful night fountain with lights, song and movement to enjoy.
Highly recommend making the trip to Nagoya Legoland and staying at Legoland Hotel.

GGinnyLoved everything about the hotel. Read a lot of reviews about how dark it was, but I found it quite soothing and matched its aesthetics perfectly (I dont normally like dark hotels). Beds were incredibly comfy, and the location was amazing! Staff were also super helpful even with my constantly annoying requests and questions. They were always smiling and willing to help, especially the French guy who's name I unfortunately forgot to get🥹Trust me, i was really annoying with my piles of luggage bags, and later need for luggage delivery request. LOL
There was also enough room in the triple room to open 2 HUGE luggage bags!

I came to Nagoya to visit my son who is a student at Nagoya Gakuin University.
The Hotel was perfect for all my needs! I can’t praise the staff enough.
My room was perfect! It was not a huge room but had everything I needed! It had a small refrigerator, a nice bathroom, a small area to hang any clothes, a good size tv and a comfortable bed! Housekeeping was very kind and made me feel very welcome!
I have lived in several countries during my life but had never been to Japan. I came to Japan knowing no Japanese and was a bit nervous that I was on my own when I’d come back to my room and my son would retire to his dorm but the staff was very patient with me. I was slowly being taught some phrases from my son and when I needed to communicate further with the staff I used my translator app on my phone. At all times the staff were very kind and patient with me! I can’t praise them enough!
I had everything I needed within a minutes walk from my hotel!
A wonderful 3 level grocery/department store was around the corner from my hotel called Aeon. I was able to buy anything I needed from food, drinks, and clothing. There was even Dominos pizza around the other corner if you wanted that.
Down the street in a different direction was a pharmacy and fast food like McDonald’s .
Kanayama train station was right there in the middle of everything and I used this everyday!!!!
If anyone is traveling to Nagoya I recommend staying here!! With the train station being located so close to the hotel you can be anywhere in no time. My son was in Hibino so I would take the subway everyday to meet up with him or vice versa! I was so proud of myself for being able after 1 day of being their to be able to get around on my own.
I hope anyone that chooses to stay here has a wonderful experience just like me! A mom right at 60 years old out of her comfort zone from Alaska!

JJoohuiIt is located on the second floor and there is only 1 escalator going up. If you need the escalator to reverse direction (for going down), just inform the hotel staff and they will do it for you. We had twin beds which comfortably fit my husband and I + our 2 year old toddler. The room was small (expected of Japan cities) but fully equipped with fridge, kettle, small sofa etc etc. Bathroom was also a decent size - no banging of elbows while showering. There's also microwave on other floors and a laundromat (but we didn't check these out) Tere's a family mart at the next block and a 7-11 at the same block. Fushimi station is probably like 5 to 10 mins walk away. We had a very pleasant stay!

RRobThe room was just nice for one person. It was very clean and quiet, which were my top priorities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities wise, I enjoyed the onsen. It was also closed to a variety of food options. I liked the restaurant across the small street from the hotel for the Misokatsu, a must try in Nagoya, as the sauce was rich and tastier. The subway entrance is also right around the corner.

KKelvin HThe location is very convenient, with walking distance to the major underground street. And the hotel is surrounded by tons of bars, clubs, convenience, stores, restaurants and donki which opens till mid nights or even 7-24. It’s best for supper.
The room is very clean and the attitude of the staff is so nice. The only thing is that they do not have air conditioner in the room during spring.(mid March) so the room maybe a bit sultry.
Also as you have to open the window to keep the air fresh, it would be a bit noisy.

헤헤수스First, the Staff was incredible, they spoke english so there was no misscomunication issue. The room was very clean, amenities were available at the lobby, the only thing i couldn't see was Cleansing foam, but i had my own. The breakfast was also good, you get fresh food and asorted drinks. The location is really good, it is near nagota station, like 15 min walking. It was summer when i visited, so to avoid the heat i went all the way from nagoya station to Kokusai Station, which is one block away from the hotel, through the underground Unimall. You can find many restaurants in the Unimall, also Starbucks, Subway and dessert shops. Some turistic attractions like Nagoya Castle and Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology are also 25min walking from the hotel. Again, since it is near Nagoya Station, you can go anywhere without problem. From the Airport you can take the Express Train (you need a ticket) or just the regular subway (use suica or a transportation card linked to applepay). I recommend this Hotel for solo travelers and also families. Great service.

BBryan James GarciaFirst, we were greeted by the front desk and they gave welcome drinks. The room is small but very clean and everything we need is already provided. You can get toiletries in their desk. It is located near Nagoya station. When we opted our room not to be cleaned, they provided with eye mask which is very thoughtful, apart from being sustainable. Overall a pleasant stay here.
