Excellent hotel overall in terms of design, functionality of the room as it is very new. Sufficient space to move around as well as usb and electrical ports for charging mobile devices. Was however disappointed that the hotel staff said a 50 yen charge was applicable for additional Green Tea sachets requested in addition to what was provided in the room.
Overall value for money hotel and would stay again.

The hotel is new and clean. Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable and clean. The shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner are herbal treatments and relaxing. Location is accessible . Parking lot needs to be reserved. Breakfast is good but not variety. Staff are helpful and friendly. Definitely we will be back again.

The location is not so close to the train station, the room is very clean, just the housekeeping throw away some of our stuff while cleaning our room

This is such a beautiful hotel - full of comfort and the staff are so lovely. The restaurant is fantastic. The rooms are stunning and comfortable.

This hotel has a huge cleanliness issue. The first impression was actually not bad when we got inside the room, we liked the wooden floor and even let my kid walk inside the room bare feet. But after like 5mins, we found the toilet floor was a bit sticky and discovered few black stains here and there, also there were few sticky stains on the toilet wall and door. We used alcohol wipes to clean the floor/wall and those stains were removed, so clearly the room wasn't probably cleaned and mopped.
A big disappointment given this is a relatively new Courtyard Marriott and the design was actually very nice. Don't think I will stay here again

Efficient check out service, location is about 10 mins walk from nearest transport station. Have a super big convenience stall just a few mins walk from hotel.

Hotel was clean and good enough after a long day exploring the city.
Service could have been better. Nothing really special to be honest. Service was inconsistent. Room service not answering after the late hours. We were not able to get our room on time. We had to wait for awhile. Towels were always for 2 persons even if we said we were 3. Hotel staff had not much idea about bus limousine service to the airport. Overally it was really okay nothing special. Felt we didnt get the best service for the price we paid.
Location somewhat a long walk to the nearest train station (fushimi).

Besides the nice European style and ambience, Courtyard Nagoya is excellent in services especially the front desk staff who would greet and approach you first, the breakfast was good and the afternoon high tea set with selection of tea, the sweet and beautiful tarts was excellent. Courtyard Nagoya is a good location, and is just a street cross to TERRASSE Nayabashi which is a one stop shop for your daily and essential items, and has a supermarket, nice food court, restaurants, a pub, barber shop and hair salon. The hotel is near to train stations and is about 15 to 20 minutes walk to Nagoya station. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to traveller.
