"Best location very near Nagoya Station. Super nice free unlimited drinks provided. Perhaps it is a very new hotel about 3 years old, room layout is the best and most thoughtful among the many hotels I stayed in japan. Partition between entrance and the beds, 2 wash basins and separate bath and toilet areas, make an amazing difference even though it has the smallest room size i stayed during our trip. Breakfast is not great, but good enough for us."

"It is near the Oasis 21. Breakfast is not bad but the food counter is in front of the front desk and not spacious."

"The hotel in the city centre of Nagoya very convenient only 10 minutes walk to the Nagoya station and the mall. The staff is nice. He explained everything well and clear when we checked in. The hotel room is big and tidy there are 4 beds which it fits our family of 4 more than enough. There is a kitchen and a washing machine it makes it easier for tourists planning for long stay. For self driving there are a lot of parking around the hotel it shouldn’t be hard to look for one. It was a great stay we would definitely stay here again if come Nagoya again."

"名古屋駅から近く、周りにレストランや居酒屋も沢山あって立地はとても良いです。東横インは全国どこでも部屋の作りが全く同じだし、いつも掃除が行き届いていて安心して泊まれます。決して豪華や派手ではありませんが、必要なものは全て揃っていて困ることはありません。信頼できるビジネスホテルブランドだと思います。一点だけ：こちらのホテルは本館と新館があるのでご注意ください！"

"Hotel room is a bit small but it is ok. Rooms are clean. Shuttle service from Nagoya station to hotel is good. However, there is no shuttle service between 10.30 am and 3 pm. We arrived at 11am from Osaka and have to take a taxi to the hotel. Taxi fare is about ¥1000. You can also walk about 1.3km to the hotel."

"This hotel is very good location, it's beside of Osu market, a 4-minute walk to Kamimazsu Station. It's very convenient location, full of shopping places, and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and warmly welcomed by the reception staff. The capsule in each room is good security by the digital lock door 🚪, I can stay here with nice sleep. There are vending machine in front of hostel, it's all convenient."

"Takes about 7 mins to reach the hotel from Nagoya station. Maybe mistook the bigger Tokyo Inn Building just beside each other, but honkan is the smaller one. Even though the building is not the taller building, the single room that I managed to book was way more spacious than I had at Meitetsu Inn! There's amenities bar at the lobby with water to provide your basic necessities, especially the skincare pack which I'm very impressed with! There are nearby cafeterias and convenient stores around so no problem with food. The mattress bed is indeed considered quite hard but I have no issues sleeping with hard beds so I can sleep really well. Room toilet is very small but compact with everything you need. Overall a great value hotel, and I managed to become a member of Toyoko inn 😜"
