Very nice newly refurbished hotel, great location walkable to famous shopping streets where we had one of the most nice dinner place.  Friendly staff (which is very unusual as compare to Tokyo hotel staff), good room and comfy bed, they even categorised each floor with different colour and flower theme, Love it! Super recommended !!

Great room with standard room and amenities with great price. Keycard is so cute. Near shopping area about 500m I stayed one night before flying back tomorrow but breakfast start at 7.00, which I can not catch the flight on time if we had breakfast at hotel. So, we grabed a sandwich to had it on the way. This hotel has no parking. I can find a carpark near hotel in 200m with 600 yen all night after 8pm at NPC https://maps.app.goo.gl/DoJHMkvz71JhCZez8

This place is close to bus station and train/metro stations. Location is perfect! The room is big enough to fit in 4 suitcases. But they dont have much offerings on their free breakfast.

Extreme high value for money, cheapest hotel I booked in Japan yet not far in quality from more expensive places. Bathrooms are more than big enough and rooms are reasonable. Probably the best value for money hotel I ever got. Location is close to pretty much everything you need to visit by walking and enough stations if you need to go far.

Good hotel in a good location, room was clean and came up all the basic amenities.

Clean, good location. Bathroom small but manageable, though the mirror could be placed higher as you have to partially squat while shaving or cutting your hair.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and will stay with them in the other branches when I visit Japan again - the service and amenities were both great!

The location is very convenient, with walking distance to the major underground street. And the hotel is surrounded by tons of bars, clubs, convenience, stores, restaurants and donki which opens till mid nights or even 7-24. It’s best for supper. The room is very clean and the attitude of the staff is so nice. The only thing is that they do not have air conditioner in the room during spring.(mid March) so the room maybe a bit sultry. Also as you have to open the window to keep the air fresh, it would be a bit noisy.

Excellent location surrounded by lots of good restaurants and shipping options. Room is super clean and staff are very friendly.

Hotel front desk were always helpful. Breakfast was good too. Location is a huge advantage if you like shopping and enjoy good food. I will definitely choose this hotel ti stay for my next visit.

I recently stayed at this hotel and came away with a really positive impression. The property is clearly new, and the management does an excellent job maintaining its pristine condition. Everything from the lobby to the rooms sparkled with cleanliness. One feature I particularly appreciated was the coin-operated laundry facility. It came in handy during my extended stay and saved me from having to search for a laundromat in an unfamiliar area. The machines were well-maintained and reasonably priced. A heads-up for future guests - while the hotel is near the station, it's a bit of a trek on foot, especially if you're carrying luggage. You might want to consider taking a taxi, particularly if you're arriving late or during bad weather. The walk took me about 15-20 minutes, which isn't terrible, but it's something to keep in mind when planning your arrival. Despite the slight distance from the station, I would definitely book this hotel again. The combination of the modern facilities, cleanliness, and convenient amenities like the laundry room made for a really comfortable stay. It offered great value for money, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
