Clean and good hotel. Great for family as the hotel provides strollers for young children

Food and bed is good.

The hotel was cozy and pleasant. The counter staff were friendly and helpful. during our check in, we were attended by Ms S. Takamine and her colleague. We were impressed by her good command of English and helpfulness. Our room number was 509 and was always well cleaned and maintained. We had our breakfast at the second floor and the food was nice. The food variety was well spread.

Good hotel

Good location, within walking distance to the international street. Front desk was efficiency and there is a very nice yakiniku buffet joint just next to the hotel. Must eat there!

Good location close to monorail service was decent but they only allowed 1 water per day.

When I came here the room I was placed in the room smelled, so I changed rooms. Then I discovered that the shower wasn’t cleaned there where hairs on the floor. Reported this at the desk and they cleaned it the next day.. Rooms were quite pricey for the location that is far away from the city centre and also not really spacious. The cleanliness of this hotel is bad, quite dusty in the rooms, stains in carpet and dirty sheets. Go stay at another hotel where there aren’t bad reviews about cleaning. For this price the rooms should be at least clean and the sheets as well. There are stains in it when you look closely.

I think this place was amazing for a short term stay near Naha. Very close to many restaurants in the main road (“Kokusai Doori). Also only 10 min by taxi or 20 min by monorail to airport. The room has a luxurious homey vibe dimmed lights. Breakfast was also very good here with many variety. I recommend this place if you are looking for a very clean and easy access hotel.

Second stay at this hotel. Newly renovated, great location with proximity to airport and ferry terminal. Clean modern rooms. Friendly staff. Only suggestion for improvement is at least 1-2 more vegetarian-friendly hot food options (there is only 1) and some more fruit in the breakfast range.

Service and location were good, but wash room smell bad, like smell smoke from somewhere.

Very good one! The hotel is new and clean and close to train station!! A lot of restaurants you can find around the hotel! Love to stay in this hotel again!!

Absolutely beyond expectations and great value for money! I only stayed for a night and wish I stayed for longer. Rooms are large, clean, modern and so comfortable. Everything was provided and the interior design was beautiful. Staff was friendly too! Lots of convenience stores on the same street, and everything was just 10 mins away. Highly recommended.
