we went with family of 3 kids, spent whole day at the hotel using all the facilities. staff were super friendly and helpful, they help us made all the reservations at restaurants. will come back again!

Despite not able to get parking lot at e hotel, their staff showed us where we can park our car during our stay.
On days when we did not require cleaning, they will still give a bag of new towels & mineral water. They even gave a can of coke too. This is definitely a PLUS points as we need to request for water in some hotel when we did not require cleaning.
On their 2nd floor, they have common area for us to have our takeaway meals. They also have soft drinks, hot drinks, alcohol & ice-cream for you to help yourselves with, not forgetting noodles dinner service....
It would be good if e bath tub & shower area were separated. It will hinder my decision to stay there next time if I'm travelling with my parents.

Very modern hotel but with a local style to it. The room was spacious and clean, with daily amenities replacement. The onsen was large, and the included breakfast buffet was very good. There are some free cold drinks in the lobby for guests during the day, which really helps during the hot summer days.
The hotel itself is a short taxi ride from the airport or a few minutes walk from Asahibashi station, as well as being right next to the main Naha bus terminal. Highly recommend this location.

Hotel has met its 4 stars standard. Room was pretty decent and comfy. Breakfast quality is normal. One key highlight is hotel is so close to the Asahibashi monorail station where travelling to airport was a breeze.

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location is unbeatable - just a stone's throw from the monorail, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.
And the cherry on top? Don Quijote (Donki) is literally right below the hotel! Midnight shopping, anyone? It's perfect for those late-night cravings or last-minute shopping sprees.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and amenities. 4 stars and can't wait to come back!

Great hotel stay in Naha. Although not in the middle of action, hotel is a stone throw away from monorail station and there is a Gulliver car rental counter right at its lobby which makes car rental so much more convenient. Parking at hotel is at ¥1000/day. The room we booked was L-shaped and very spacious with a separate living cum study area. The room is equipped with 2 super single beds (pushed together) and is sufficient for us a family of 4 (with 2 young kids age 5 & 8). It has 2 smart TVs, one facing the beds and one in the living area. The complimentary buffet breakfast was wide range and very sumptuous, even comes with free ice cream and sake. Would definitely come back again!

Great location, although it is near a few night establishment so if you have young kids, maybe some explanation to do. It’s safe to go around at night though.
Hotel park is expensive, there are more reasonable options within walking distance.
Rooms are clean although a bit small, onsen is awesome. Especially the semi open air one.
This hotel is quite popular so the lift can be a little congested during peak hours.

The hot spa was nice but the staff didn’t seem like they knew much. Parking is confusing, I arrived early was told to park at the parking tower then was directed to park to a lot of the right. Had to tell them about my parking then they charged me 1800 yen. Note there’s a 800 yen parking lot across from the hotel.

I was very satisfied with the large facilities and the swimming pool at this hotel. The room was spacious, and both the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot springs, were very clean, making it a place I want to visit again. Although the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was absolutely delicious. I’d like to especially thank Ms. Jisun Kim, the Korean staff member, for her repeated assistance.
However, during check-in, I was quite uncomfortable with the front desk staff member, HIGA, who repeatedly used the phrase ”as I said” while explaining things like the hotel parking. I hope this feedback helps with the hotel's future operations.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaFeel like this room is smaller than general Japan’s hotel rooms. You can’t really open a luggage larger than 24inches unless your luggage are those front opening ones. I am travelling solo with a 20inches lugg so it’s fine for me but there is not much space for me to put my souvenirs(don’t wanna put them on the floor). If you got more than 1 large luggage and plan to buy lots of souvenirs, then you need to consider booking a larger room or other hotels. However, the bed was larger than it was shown in the pics. There is no wardrobe, you could hang your clothes on the rack. Room lowest temperature is 20 degrees so sometimes I still feel hot. Also, the other drawback is the fridge isn’t cold at all. Feels like room temperature so better not to put food inside!!
Front desk can’t really speak English but they tried their best to help with everything so 10/10 for service! Please be aware that there is a machine on each floor that looks like coin exchange but it’s for VOD. I admit it’s my fault that I didn’t read the sign. However, front desk refunded after I explained the issue. Forgot my room key & gave me a new one without any charges. Service was better than many luxurious hotels👍🏻
Around 6 minutes walk to monorail and DFS mall. Hotel is very easy to find. Main place mall is just opposite the hotel, a few convenience stores nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to local tour pick up spot. Didn’t try the hot spring and buffet breakfast but there are many restaurants in Main place mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and not as crowded as International Street.

I took the TK02 bus from Okinawa Naha International Airport and got off at Kokusai-dori Entrance Station. It took about 12 minutes and cost ¥240. Ryumao Department Store is right here. It took another 5 minutes to reach the Comfort Hotel Naha Prefectural Office. The transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. G/F has coffee and hot water for guests to enjoy at any time. The free continental buffet breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is sufficient and delicious. The hotel room is about 85% new. It has a 4.5-foot double bed. Although the room is small, it can accommodate two 20-inch suitcases. It has a small table, a small seat, a TV, an electric kettle, a clothes rack, a small refrigerator and a small wallet. The power supply is sufficient, the sheets and duvet covers are white and clean, the split air conditioner is cold enough, and the WIFI is fast. The small toilet and bathroom are separated from wet and dry, and there is a bathtub. The tap water is clear and can be boiled for drinking. The toilet drains quickly and the hot water in the shower is OK. This hotel is cost-effective. I will consider it again when I come to Okinawa.

If you are driving anything but a K-Car , you will find it difficult to find a parking spot nearby. It doesn’t help when anything taller than a Mazda CX-30 doesn’t fit inside the hotel parking lot. So if you’re on a road trip and need to stay around this hotel, choose your car carefully.
For a Japanese hotel, the customer service is definitely lacklustre. I’m happy with self check in, but when the machine doesn’t work it’s not very welcoming when the disgruntled staff are don’t feel happy to help.
The swimming pool looks amazing , but in both mornings I was there, they opened the door 15mins late. If you like a morning swim and expect a pool to be open at 7am before heading out, this is not the place for you.

It somehow bothersome and noisy. The room size is same as Japanese room, quite small. If you come with 28” luggage you have to manage to open it. By the way, BF is super.

PPengguna TetamuLocation and scenery are good. Staff are nice and helpful. Room is clean and tidy with simple interior design. In particular, TOTO NEOREST all functions are pretty good and warm. We stayed 2 nights as the last stop in exploring Okinawa. Overall Okinawa scenery, food and accommodation are awesome. Would recommend Anteroom to friends to experience home hospitality.

ホテルの設備やビュッフェ、リゾート感などを楽しみたい人には向きませんが、うちの家族は朝早く出かけて夜遅くまで遊んで帰ってこないので、ホテルに滞在する時間は少ない充分です。

PPengguna Tetamu値段とのコストパフォーマンスは最高で特にリビングダイニングのこだわりがとても良かったです。多国籍な雰囲気も味わえて 他のお泊まり客の手料理が見れたり ギターが 置いてあったりと…特に 家ではなかなか味わえないハンモックが素敵でした。またきかいがあれば利用したいです。駐車場が無料で止めれてありがたかったです。広くて止めやすかったので運転の苦手な人でも大丈夫かなと思いました。お部屋は ドミトリーでは無く個室を利用させてもらったのでテレビTV エアコン 無料Wi-Fi ドライヤー デスクがあり コンセントもあったので 便利でした。
まあお隣さんの咳払い等が聞こえるのはもちろんお互い様ですかね。気になる人はもっとたくさんお金を出して良いホテルを予約した方が良いでしょうが！利用目的によると思います♪

CChrissyboyAlpha Bed was surprisingly good. Room was just as it was in the photos and very clean and tidy.
Service was good. It was a new experience to check in via iPad/tablet but it was straight forward .
Location was super , 5 mins walk from the shopping streets and within 10 mins walk from the Main Street.
Seafood market is also nearby and within 10 min walk.
For those who drive , there is a lot of paid parking around the area. (Around 700 JPY for 12 hours) Nearest one is opposite the hotel which tends to be quite busy until after 9pm. (Priced 700 JPY for 12 hours as at April 2024) If you get home earlier , you may need to go to the other car parks. Some are actually cheaper.
The room comes with everything you need and even has a vacuum cleaner. There is no housekeeping but I heard that you can request it by calling customer support.
If your bins get full, you can put it outside your door and the cleaners who come by in the morning will change it for you .
There is even a balcony !
Most convenient feature is a washing machine with laundry washing liquid and softener inside the room!
Rooms are big .
Would definitely stay here again.

RRACHID EL CADI EL HASKATanto la ubicación como el alojamiento son muy buenos, lo único que no nos gusto nada es que al llegar al alojamiento no había nadie por ningun lado y tuvimos que buscar mil maneras para poder hacer el check in, ya que tuvimos que ir a otro Mr. Kinjo para que nos diera las llaves pars entrar a la habitación,por lo demás bien.
