They didn’t clean the toilet which have a diaper used. Apart from that, the waiter at restaurant at 13/F was rude, he refuse to let my baby car in claiming that there was insufficient space while my baby was
slept while I have to hold it all the time. No baby bath tub is another horrible experience which I never had before.

the hotel does not have amenities so i put 1 star. the hotel is about 5mins walk to bus stop and aeon maxvalue (supermarket), 20mins walk to naha bus terminal (2 bus stops away), room is clean, breakfast is bread and butter. the staffs are friendly.

1. Convenient location: just 3-5 minutes walk can arrive monorail station
2. $1500Yen for day parking.
3. Clean: very clean and modern for the room
4. Staff: Staff is nice but the housekeeping can do better

One annoying thing is the smoking area at the front door of the hotel. We smelled it many times when we walked in or out from the hotel.

Small but wonderful room with its most amazing most amazing shower system literally from head to toe. Breakfast was great and there is free flow of soft drinks and one alcoholic drink per pax from mid afternoon till night at L1 restaurant. It’s a hotel with two pools, which was nice.
My husband used the hot spring and bath and said it was great.
There’s a bar on the top floor with a nice view of the city. However, we did not go there.
We had a car with us the whole time we were there and Parking was ¥1500 per day.
Walkable distance to a city beach.
There isn’t a convenience store nearby so make sure to bring things back with you when you’re out.
There are a few restaurants scattered around. The hotel actually provides a map to show you where they are.
The breakfast was great with a good selection of traditional Japanese style breakfast as well as some western food. But it was always busy before 8am. I guess most guest there early birds.

ゆいレールを使っても、バスを使っても那覇空港から一駅の赤嶺駅が最寄り駅です。 駅から南へ徒歩5分もかからないうちにホテルに着くほどの近さです。 駅近くには24時間営業の地元スーパーマーケットであるユニオンがあり、 自分用の食べ物や地元のお菓子など取り揃えられます。 いろいろなお土産を購入するなら隣駅の那覇空港まで戻れば良いため、 至便なホテルだと感じました。 エントランスはシティホテルのような造形で上品なBGMも流れており、 フロントサービスもとても丁寧なものでした。 食べ物は客室内へ持ち込めないため（ペットボトル飲料は持込可能）、 テイクアウトした食事などはすべてフロントフロアにあるラウンジで取る必要があります。 このラウンジ内で、宿泊者向けにコーヒーと水がフリーで提供されています。 今回は利用者が少なかったのと宿泊フロアは全面カーペット敷きなのもあったのか、 キャビンタイプの客室（アコーディオンカーテン仕切り）の割には足音など ほとんど気にならないくらいに快適でした。 沖縄はどこへ行っても風光明媚な旅行地なので、部屋からの景観は不要と割り切れば、 宿泊費を抑えられる最高の選択肢だと実感できました。

TthewandercuratorI booked the hotel as the base for my solo Okinawa trip after a great stay at its Kyoto branch. Firstly, the pros: great location. 5-min walk from Asahibashi Monorail Station, 3-min walk to Tourist Visitor Centre and Naha Bus Terminal, 13-min walk to Kokusai-dori made it convenient for city sights, dining and souvenirs, bus daytrips and boat tours. Interior lobby, rooms and 13F public bath lounge seemed new and decorated in soothing natural tones, giving the hotel an island resort feel. Having said that, several major cons make me not wish to stay here again:
1) Hotel reception staff can be more welcoming. They declined me room entry at 130pm (which is typical in Japan) but they did so without offering help to store my luggage upon arrival or deliver it to my room by the time I return for check-in. They also declined my river view room request, citing the category I booked only has city view. Later, I found out on my own that only twin or triple rooms offer the river view. I was not expecting an automatic upgrade, but it would be nice if I had been offered a clear explanation on room categories or a change to river view room (even if I have to pay extra). I felt disadvantaged as a solo traveller. Also, staff are easily nervous when interacting with international guests and could not really handle simple questions in English, like whether there is a public bath, is it open to all guests, or how guests can pay for additional breakfast during their stay. I also observed them struggling to understand a request in English from two foreign guests who wished to borrow a luggage weight scale. Two senior staff members came out to help the reception staff, but all three still took a while to understand the request.
2) I was queueing behind the same foreign guests to raise urgent feedback regarding loud banging noises made by the 10F Smoking Room door directly above my room (Room 913). Meanwhile, 2 local Japanese guests arrived at the reception. I observed one male staff member ignore me and asked them to approach the counter instead. I nearly walked up to them but I held myself back. It was my first time being treated differently in all of Japan. This different treatment of guests added a seriously unpleasant feeling to my stay.
3) Not all room lights can be manually or motion-controlled. The light above the clothes rack is too bright and always on, even when the master switch is off. It was hard to fall asleep at night. The hotel should modify this room detail to ensure all guests can get a good night's rest.
Will I stay here again? With the issues above and many other good hotels nearby, most likely not. The hotel decor may be warm and inviting, but the staff inability to communicate effectively with all guests and make them comfortable makes for a cold stay.

FFootprints805185ゆいレール美栄橋駅から徒歩10分くらいです。所謂飲み屋街の中にあるので夜は呼び込みのお兄さんが結構いて気になる人は気になるかもしれません。 ホテルフロントはとても丁寧てす。ホテル自体はとても綺麗で新しく、一般のビジネスホテルよりも見た目はランクが上に見えます。ウェルカムドリンクはソフトドリンクとお酒もあります。 部屋のWi-Fiはサクサク。部屋には空気清浄機あり。浴室が普通のビジネスホテルよりも洗面台が大きくバスタブも広くとても快適でした。 朝ごはんは残念ながら時間の問題で食べれませんでした。ホテル周辺はコンビニが2軒あってとても便利ですが所謂飲み屋街の中なので夜は呼び込みのお兄さんがたくさんあるので気になる人は気になるかも。 とても綺麗で快適なホテルなので次回も泊まりたいです。

We stayed 2 nights as the last stop in exploring Okinawa. Overall Okinawa scenery, food and accommodation are awesome. Would recommend Anteroom to friends to experience home hospitality.

PPengguna TetamuFirst time visiting Okinawa, I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife in the residential suite. The room was very clean, spacious with beautiful hardwood floors, artistic concrete walls, two large beds and a nice size washer and a beautiful balcony view. Customer service is top notch and the staff members were very attentive to our needs and concerns. Yukari san and her team made our stay feel very special! We will definitely return again.

PPengguna TetamuOnce you reach your room it's Ok The room is big (appartment style) and you have a real kitchen where you can eventually cook. Please note that there is no reception staff so everything is done with keypad and codes, which can result frustrating. And you can only go in at the precise timing you communicated for your check-in. So no need to be early, and there is no place to leave your bags and go for a walk. location is not great, but kombini is just nearby, and you will need 2à mins minimum to reach the main street.

LLeeJudyCheck-in is a mess! It's a self check-in system and there's no staff around. The main door is locked and requires a pass code to unlock. We never recieve the passcode hence we couldn't go in. We tried to call the customer service number on the door but the customer service told me they no longer work with this establishment and gave me another number to contact. I called the other number and the person has no clue about this hotel! They tried to give me yet another number to contact! Thankfully we were able to enter the lobby when someone left the building. When using the self check in system, we found out the booking number we had were incorrect. There is a customer service option on the system which did help us to reach a human being who actually knows something. The customer service agent helped us to check in.
Another frustrating thing is that they don't have cleaning service or even new towels for booking less than 4 nights. This was not communicated to us when booking. It says amenities provided!
The location is nice, the rooms are clean but I will not stay here again just because the whole nightmare at check-in.

JJürganI was late but they kindly left the keys at the door for me. The rooms are implicit and comfortable in capsule style. Would really recommend for easy stay.

PPengguna Tetamu安いので仕方ないと言えばそれまでですが…。物凄いいびきの男性が2人いて、一人はすごく近かったのか、同室にいるかのように凄くて眠れませんでした。無呼吸なのか音が止まった時には逆に気になるくらいで、ティッシュを耳に詰めて塞ぎながら横になっていました。シーツに白い汚れがついていたのが気になりました。ベッド(床に薄いマットレスを敷いたもの)の部分のみ低い天井になっていて、恐らく隣室のベッドがその張り出している高い位置にあるのだろうと思いますが、携帯の振動音や電気のオンオフの音などがとても響きました。また、外の廊下を歩く足音、話し声、全てが壁もない同室かと思うくらいによく聞こえました。Wi-Fiのパスワードもどこに書いてあるか分からなかったです。場所は、窓から牧志市場の商店街入り口のモニターの音が聞こえるくらいに良いので残念です。
