Hotel Lakeside Inn Nainital

The stay in Lake Side Inn was memorable. The staffs were polite & welcoming throughout our stay and we felt like we were in our home. The best part was view of Naini lake from balcony. It was amazing. Special thanks to Vicky. Thank you Lake Side Inn. Will recommend to everyone to visit here.

Our experience in Lake side inn hotel was okay roomsare too small no cupboard not even place to walk inside rooms too conjusted food is too costly and that too not at all tasty they have restaurant also too much crowded all the time. In whole only good location and view ka Paisa hai bas

The provided room is the smallest and most cramped room I've ever seen. We paid far too much for this. Staff has denied providing us with another room. Cockroaches and insects abound in the whole room. Both the sink and the toilet seat were broken. Before paying the full advance, make sure you inspect the room. Highly disappointed!

Stayed for four nights in Lake facing Maple Room at this Hotel in May 2023. The Hotel is located bang on the Mall Road and the Lake facing room give a beautiful view of the Lake. It is a very well maintained property with clean rooms, 24 hrs Hot water supply, Hot Air AC's and absolutely yummy food. Particular mention needs to be made of Jagdish Prasad who provided us excellent service on all the four days we stayed. The market is also very nearby and it was a blissful experience to stay at this Hotel

We booked this hotel, since we wanted to be close to the Mall Road. It was a very average stay. What goes for it: - Good Location - Tasty Food - Mesmerizing view from the Lake view room What goes against it: - Rooms are extremely small, we booked a lake view room for our stay and we had our 5 yr old with us. The bed could hardly accommodate us 3 comfortably. The width was almost equal to 2 standard pillows. - They have a common area just outside the rooms, and you are a part of everybody's chatter even if you don't want to. The rooms are not at all sound proof and anyone talking in the common area can be heard inside the room and vice versa. - No effort is made by the staff to tell other visitors not to make noise, the voices can be heard till midnight, even the staff themselves talk very loudly. -The staff also isn't very helpful if you ask them to customize something for a child, I ordered tawa roti and they said they don't have tawa. - Bathrooms are extremely small. The wash basin and WC are one step away from each other and another 2 steps is shower area, which is 3 steps in total. - Rooms were not clean when we entered lots of dust in the corners. - Bathroom shower head had hair stuck in it. Overall if the purpose is to visit the attractions of mall road, this hotel is good. But if you also enjoy a peaceful sleep and want to relax at your room its a very bad choice.

We booked to 2 Nights and 3 days at this hotel. Even after trying to contact the hotel multiple times no one cares to answer. They refused to give us the parking as according to them our car was big enough to fit inside the parking. They straightaway told us they give priority to small cares ( this was no where mentioned on there website), which i saw later at night there were SUV parked in the same space. As we checked in, we were welcomed by ***y flies in the room, post request thr staff sprayed room freshener to remove flies. The rooms are extremely small. Everything is audible from your your near rooms ( even if you flush in the washroom). The room service is again very quick, for example we ordered tea at 8am and it was served at 9am. The pillow covers were stained and the blanket sheets were ripped as you can see in our images. Overall this hotel needs to change there ***agement . The ***ager literally shows you this attitude sitting behind thr desk for no reason. If the owner is reading this review, kindly note that you have a great location with decent room, all you need to focus is on guest experience rather than just making money.

Startgic location , great view of lake,well equipped lobby,rooms with 5star facilities,clean loos gud activity in lobby, delicious food in the cafe,wide variety,nice cocktails,the service team lead by Aashwin the great,full of hussle bubbling with greens all around,value for money,coutsey at its best

Our cancellations were done in line with booking site policies i.e. free of charge up to a certain date & time, but hotel has refused to return our deposits. The hotel ***agement is so shameful that they're hiding from us now & not picking calls or replying on emails/SMS/WhatsApp. The booking site has apologised to us & reported that they're not able to contact the hotel as well. Kindly don't put your money in to their fraudulent books.
