The whole place is excellent. Everytime I am in Nairobi I’ll be staying there.

房間太棒啦，很大，特別適合帶孩子出行，門口安保也很嚴格

出乎意料的大!!!也不知道是安排調計的，我一房一廳，變成了超大的三房兩廳。整潔，設施齊全的公寓，含微波爐，烤箱，冰箱，餐具，廚具，鍋具，樓下有停車場，安保嚴密，訪客需核實身份才可進入，內羅畢公寓天花板。

還不錯，酒店方便，安保好

The transformation is amazing. I enjoyed the brand new gym with all manner of equipments. I also enjoyed the kenyan tea at the new restaurant. Thank you Ruth and the staff for always making my stay wonderful and looking after my room preference before i check in. Keep up the good work and I will keep returning and recommending my friends to your place.

Whenever I’m in Nairob, I always choose to stay at Yaya hotel and apartments. The hotel is clean, the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful receptionist. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to come back for longer visit in the future. Thank you for your warm hospitality

Our server Steve was very helpful and provided good quality service to our team. Also grateful to the hotel for the good conference facility. The meals were scrumptious and well thought out. The ambience was also good that it made us feel at home though it was a work assignment.

Verry thing was absolutely great.. nice location , nice service, apartment renovated and fresh.. new gym, new washing machines down stairs.. People working was so nice , I would absolutely stay here agen!!

Good excellent secure place. Daily cleaning done and staff very friendly and efficient. The Wifi needs to improve.

I've stayed at Yaya Apartments twice now and both times at least 7 plus days. This place has been a second home. The staff are very helpful and friendly (especially Jacinta). The rooms are modern and very clean. The hotel recently remodeled the lobby area and added a restaurant which was so convenient. Also it's connected to the next door mall so we were able to go back and forth safely and at leisure. The hotels location is also great as it's not to far from the Central Business District nor the Westlands. Lots of great restaurants near by and entertainment.

Nice place for vacation, friendly and very helpful staff day or night. Modern facilities but tennis court unavailable, only available outside space is by the pool. I booked this place as my 12 years old son loves playing his football outside only to be informed yaya did not have access to the play area when we got there.Properties rooms are generous but lack full length mirror. Only mirror is in the bathroom and mists after a shower. A mirror in the bedroom would be appreciated. The rooms where not very sound proofed as there was on going construction outside the residence that could be easily heard from inside the rooms.
