Excellent work. The staff are very helpful.they are friendly and ready to assist in anyway.i had not reserved a table but they asked me not to be worried and ensured my stay at the place was pleasant. Their cocktails are very nice and they have good food too. I’m planning to go back again with my friends.

The best stay in Nairobi! Very nice view and big rooms on top of a hill! The most lovely was their hospitality. Amazing staff! Well done to the team. They arrange a pick up for us from the airport and we had a smooth and fast check in! Mary at the reception was really friendly and always happy to help!

Excellent customer service and warm and friendly staff. Quickly helped me fix a meeting room booking that I made a mistake on, excellent service during the meeting, happily gave me complementary late check out. Very nice rooms, good 24hr room service with good food. Overall very positive experience. Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant at Muthu Silver Springs Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome from Anatoli, which made me feel comfortable as I waited for my friend. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food was delicious. Everything was well-organized, and the staff was attentive and professional. I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Nairobi.

Although our time at Hemingways Nairobi was brief due to a delayed flight, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. We arrived late at night and had to leave the next morning, but in that short time, we were able to appreciate at least some of. what the hotel had to offer. Our room was spacious and incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed after a long journey. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed despite our late arrival. We opted for in-room dining, and the food was absolutely delicious, a perfect way to end a long day of travel. Though we wish we had more time to fully experience the hotel and its amenities, our short stay was a great one. We would definitely love to return and properly enjoy everything Hemingways Nairobi has to offer!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at gigiri lion villas. The staff was very professional and very kind, their services were top tier. I especially enjoyed the fact that you get free transport to places around the villa, and you get chauffered in premium cars only...loved the maybach! The food was also a 10/10, the jaccuzi was so private and so cool... The hotel is also located near the United Nations, security is top notch👌 I will definitely be back with friends. 9/10👏

PPengguna TetamuBooked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

HHolidayTimeThis hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff.
John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me.
The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth.
The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated.
This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

SSafari Pro NoahThat's a wonderful hotel! From the pick up at the airport, Judy was really kind and professional. She handled us with utmost courtesy and my whole team was in great appreciation of her. She always arranged our transport in a timely fashion and together with the driver, they made our pick ups and drop offs worry-free even at very late hours. So we surely will stay at Argyle even in the future in our many forthcoming business trips.
The front desk was always helpful and catered to our needs. Mariam and Kate in particular took worked fast and at ease in a cordial fashion. They provided all necessary information for my team and made us make 3 subsequent bookings during our stay, we didn't want anything less.
Of course, food was great and the service there was just amazing! Jacinta and her colleagues were so nice, my team enjoyed the food and the overall presentation of the whole buffet. The variety was rich and surely who wouldn't want to just eat to their fill? Argyle is the place

AAmir JamaliThis hotel is worth the money you pay for. From the outside, it might not look nice but when you step in the story will change. The staff are nice and supportive. The room was not the best but it was good enough for a night before our safari trip. We didn't have time to use the restaurant but the coffee shop was good for evening chill-out.

SSylIt was my first time to stay EKA. I arrived 8 hours before check-in time, having made a booking for one night. Unfortunately, my connection flight was on the same day, meaning that I wasn't spending a night in the Hotel. So grateful to have been allowed early check-in at no additional cost. A plus on flexibility of hotel management. Staff were generally warm, professional and willing to help. I will certainly be back!

朝朝海暮梧Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

I stayed with my family for 3 days. During that days we enjoyed a lot the hotel. It had a lounge in the top of the building with beautiful landscapes of the city (Nairobi). The rooms very confortable with all the things needed. The service was very nice and friendly always trying to help with a smile. The cook was very kind talking to us, even we took a picture with him!! The girls of the reception and the entrance also very friendly. I would reccomend it because it is also good located, near the centre.
