Hotel 2 Bintang di Nanaimo

The air conditioner started leaking 3 or 4 days before we left the hotel as we were there for one week . It was kind of awkward as it is above the closet and right in front of the front door so we had to keep a towel down so nobody slipped. Especially my 5yr old son when he visited . Also I didn't realise when booking the room how small it was, it actually was inconvenient, how small it was especially for a week! If I had known that (because the picture makes it look like a regular sized hotel room and they had thae size on there bit which really looks at the sq metre if the room size. If I I had known it was so small I wouldn't of rented there. The staff were great though. They didn't charge us for late booking four when we told them about the air conditioner leaking

We had a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering good informatiin for island activities. (highway closure, local acyivities and such) The pool is a little cold but there is a nice hot tub jacuzzi option. The pools hours of availability are terrific, and allowed for plenty of time for fun The breakfast available with the stay offers a good basic variety of hard boiled eggs, cereals, toast and bagels juice and coffee or tea. Just one suggestiin would be to add aniyher ice machine, otherwise we are happy with our stay and found everything clean and enjoyable Again such friendly and helpful staff throughout. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good and a little bit difference every morning 👍. Includes Free parking

It was descent overnight stay. There is a reno going on, so don't expect a fancy environment. Staff was helpful when I needed it. Room was clean. Third floor is the best in the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Coffee, muffins, fruit, etc. Good for one or two days. Not for a long stay, at least for now.

Booked via email as we were delayed at the ferry and knew we would not make it to our destination that night. We needed a pet friendly and this was all I could find. Had I not prepaid with our cc my hubby would have driven to the first Walmart and we would have slept out in our van overnight. The room they gave us was on the other side of the parking lot. I asked if I could park near our room and no that wasn't possible. The parking spot they gave us was out of sight of our room. So I asked if I could have a room closer to where we had to park our car. Sure for an extra $25 cause it was a so called suite. I paid it as we had our expensive bikes inside our vehicle and all of our gear. The total cost with all fees came to about $200. The room itself was fairly clean. The bars on the windows were an indication of how safe the area was lol. We hardly slept all night as the noise in the area continued till the week hours of the morning. We were up at 6, showered and got the hell out!

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Ramada in Nanaimo. The hotel and property is in nice overall condition and it is evident that it is a well run facility. The check in and out process with Kelly was a breeze. Our room (302) was quiet, clean, spacious and featured a small kitchenette. The complimentary breakfast was very good. It offered items such as fresh waffles, cheese omelets, breakfast sausage, cereal, bagels, toast and an assortment of fruit juices. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relatively inexpensive clean, quiet hotel.

It was an amazing exercise staying at Turtle, it’s in the middle of downtown, super close to ocean, restaurants and night life is good. I’m definitely staying there again! It was clean n neat, no one disturbed, guests were super friendly.
