Ulasan Mercure Nanchang Tengwang Pavilion

Hotel is in an excellent location and service is very good. Just ooposite Tenwangge with many food options nearby. Allowed me a late checkout and provided me free breakfast coupon. Room amenities are also perfect.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

Great hotel near Palaces and many locations! A beautiful city!

I recently stayed 3d2n at this hotel located in a very convenient area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The staffs are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room i stayed is spacious and good view to TengWang Pavilion and lake.

We used the hotel for a quick stopover. Location is brilliant, right across the road from Teng Pavillon and only a quick Taxi ride to the major sights. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was awesome, also considering the relatively low price. There were salad, fruits, bread, cold cuts, cheese, chinese dishes, variety of eggs, noodles typical steamed items etc. so both Chinese and Western selections. The rooms are not new, but were absolutely clean (no carpet in the room), everything worked properly and it suits the price - considering the hotel location it is a very good deal.

Tengwang pavillion a superb vista right in the front of you. What a view

The hotel needs upgrades and remodeling. House keeping is not up to standard with dusty cupboard and hangers. Towels are not totally clean. Breakfast is limited choices.

The building's old interior is very not so bright. Window quite dirty. Never take photo .

Great location & service! The room is clean and modern. The river view is really nice especially at night.
