Ulasan Nanchang Galactic Classic International Hotel (Tengwangge Branch, Bayi Square)

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Especially with Ivan who went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, the room was very spacious, and beds were extremely comfortable. Only drawback is you need to take a cab to get to places.

I recently stayed at here and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service and hospitality provided. Ivan, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. His personalised attention and warm demeanor made me feel truly welcomed. The hotel itself was outstanding, with comfortable accommodations and convenient amenities. Overall, I highly recommend for a fantastic stay experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff - especially Andy - was so helpful and made me very comfortable. The room was very large and well kept. The facilities were modern, clean, and the hotel is located in a good location downtown. Also, I left a bracelet there that Andy then shipped to me upon finding it. That's great and caring service.

The hotel is one of the high-end hotels in the city. The cost for one-night stay actually was very reasonable by U.S. standards. It offers shower and jacuzzi in the room and very comfortable bed. The excellent breakfast was also included. The front desk and concierge offered tremendous help with friendliness and sincerity. Their service afterwards was also impressive. The front desk made an error with my U.S. credit card. Instead of using it as a deposit, he mistakenly placed a charge on it. After I returned to the U.S. I got an urgent message from trip.com to ask me to contact the hotel right away via WeChat. I got the credit back in a week with very timely follow up from the lobby service manager Andy. I definitely will stay in this hotel next time for my visit of Nanchang.

非常滿意的酒店，前台小姐姐熱情友好，房間採光好，明亮，家庭房間非常大，三張床，一家人也夠睡，這種房間還有送小吃，早餐也很棒，有免費停車場，出行也方便，酒店設施高端。酒店位置和景色很好，房間大堂網紅打卡很棒，大堂寬敞明亮大氣。

大堂網紅打卡很不錯，三樓泳池免費，停車場很大，位置多，很好停車，酒店非常好，靠近馬路也不會吵，早餐很好，餛飩、水餃，水果豐盛，酒店很有特色，服務非常非常好，前台每個人都很熱情。客房有擦行李服務，大堂網紅打卡很棒。酒店景觀也不錯，大堂豪華大氣，安排的房間非常滿意。

這家酒店的服務真是無可挑剔！一進門，就感受到了工作人員無比熱情的態度，讓人瞬間賓至如歸。大堂裏，還準備了豐富的歡迎茶，品種多樣，香氣撲鼻，真是讓人倍感温馨與驚喜。這樣的細節處理，無疑為整個住宿體驗增添了不少色彩。無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是一個絕佳的選擇。給予五星好評，實至名歸！

酒店設施齊全、性價比高，環境不錯，三樓有泳池和健身房都是免費的。地理位置也挺好，房間很好，非常大、非常喜歡，完全住的放心，房間很寬敞，入住登記前台服務熱情，很貼心，效率高。大堂網紅打卡很棒，還贈送了點心夜宵。房間非常好。

酒店很大，距離南昌站很近，但是高鐵站還是有點距離，屬於老城區，距離主要景點比較方便，可以騎小電瓶，客房服務和前台都比較不多，特別客房服務的胡瀝仁，非常感謝，因為我家小寶游泳，所以還給我家小寶把泳衣用電吹風吹乾了！ 服務：服務沒的話 設施：有小朋友玩的，有室內泳池

酒店很好，離各景點都很近，門口就有地鐵站，去哪都很方便，酒店有免費停車場和健身房游泳池，房間景觀非常不錯，很nice，工作人員服務耐心、服務熱情，態度好，下次入住首選

首先 房間內裝修陳設非常老舊 不像是近些年才裝修的 風格非常的土 不是土豪 就是土。 其次 衞生特別差 浴缸內還有污漬和頭髮 咖啡杯內也沒刷乾淨 根本沒法用。 再次 浴缸內的下水口沒法關緊 存不住水 無法使用 床單和枕套都破洞了 而且還不止一個洞。 最後屋裡冰箱內的所有飲品都收費 收費我倒也理解 問題是我花了六七百住一晚啊！！！連雪碧都得20塊錢一瓶 實在沒想到攜程五鑽的酒店居然是這樣的 請大家避雷！
