Ulasan Golden Eagle Summit Hotel

My first day wasn't very pleasant. However, when the hotel customer service knew that I wasn't entirely satisfied with my stay, they tried to understand the situation and tried their very best to redeem themselves and fulfill my needs.

Such a nice hotel, amazing gym and location

Overall the hotel is good, strange the TV in the main room was missing and just an empty wall where it once was. Great value for the money.

I highly recommend this hotel. Firstly the swimming pool is the best hotel swimming pool I've ever used. It is long, easily 20-25 metres and also wide, but shallow with no deep water. Perfect for relaxing lap swimming. And it is always supervised. One tip. You'll have to wear a swimming cap which they sell at the front desk of the swimming pool, so make sure you bring something to pay for it on your first swim. Secondly, the hotel's location (on top of the Zhuzhianglu metro station) is perfect for getting to all the best places and attractions. And on cold days and hot days you can access the metro (press -2 in the lift) without having to deal with the weather. Thirdly, the staff are amazing. Rachel, Brittany, William, Allen, could not do enough to help me during my stay. Lastly, the shops and restaurants in the two basement levels offer a level of convenience that I have not received anywhere else that I have stayed. I was able to buy all essentials and have delicious Chinese food, incredibly affordably and conveniently.

Due to unforeseen circumstances , I ended up staying at The Golden Eagle Summit hotel. Check-in was smooth. The location is perfect! The hotel’s entrance was at the back, while the front part is a mall with lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Also, the metro station is right there which was so convenient! The room decor is a bit old fashioned, but nevertheless very clean. The breakfast buffet was ok, but needs more variety. The service is great! Great place to stay in the downtown area!

Hotel was high price but it did not have electric toilet (what a shame!) as the electric toilet is the most hygienic and environmentally friendly as less toilet paper was needed! Laundry service was excellent though!

Definitely worth going back for.... Friendly staff and superb gym

Location strategic near mosque, and halal food restaurant

Amazing value for the price. Everyone was professional. Rooms were tidy, spacious and well equipped. Locations was convenient as well. Definitely a great choice.

Nice Hotel in perfect location, getting a bit old and rooms need a upgrade to modern design. Check in was not good. Waited a very long time as at main check in time only one staff at the counter. Only after complaning a secong staff stop playing on his smartphone did checkin. That is not acceptable, long que at check in and staff ignored the que and play all time on his smartphone
