Stayed at Grand Metro Park Hotel 3 nights, ( December 2024) with family. Received the room we wanted. Staff was helpful. Pool closed, but was clear when we booked so wasn't disappointed. Breakfast- many options, though nothing *spectacular*. Super clean. 2 water bottles everyday. Great view of the Nanjing Museum, though military morning exercises can be heard from down the street. Overall, ok. Maybe better for a Chinese travel group or business-persons.

Great location near the museum and plenty of small vendors selling food outside the street lining the road for snacks and trinkets. hotel is the old world elegance and still grand.

Awesome location and extraordinary services!! Especially when we need to change the room from our first booking to second booking (with different family members so we have 3 different bookings), REN JUN DANIEL provided extraordinary services!! This hotel is the first Hilton (changed to Grand Metro now) in Nanjing, 10 minute from Zhong Shan Landmarks, close to every where. Although not brand new, but the services and location make up every thing. Buffet breakfast has all kinds of different style gourmet, and changing every day. Beautiful view from the window!

This hotel is very clean and friendly. Every staff I ran into was very friendly and helpful. I have to mention Victor at the front desk, who helped me checked in. He was very kind and thoughtful, did his best to find a room which made me so happy. Thanks a lot to every staff there!

Such a beautiful hotel. Close to the metro stop and bus stops so transportation is always available. Checkin was quick and having a staff at the front desk speak English was an added bonus. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

This place is very nice and price is very affordable. The room service is great. The buffet breakfast is excellent. House cleaning is professional too.

We had a very good time in this hotel . The lady serving our room , Cecily , was awesome! She was very clean and efficient! Wonderful service from Cecily! So was Elena at the reception! She was very helpful and kind .

The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. The location of the hotel makes a very attractive location to be living at. It enjoyed the hospitality and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nanjing in the future.

Great hotel, big rooms, the staff was very courteous and helpful too, and special shout out to Ms. Chris of house keeping she was prompt to get us extra water and extra towels. Will be back here whenever I am in Nanjing.

Hotel location is very near to major highlights. Service people at lobby restaurant, concierge, are polite, attentive, and helpful. I will be happy to select this hotel when I revisit Nanjing again.
