Ulasan Jiangsu Phoenix Palace Hotel

The building is slightly dated, but well maintained. About 5-10 minutes walk from Xuanwumen metro station. Very quiet, with excellent elevators. A short distance from the downtown area. Xuanwu lake is also a short walk, and a must-see when visiting Nanjing.

Big room but small bed. Small tv compare hotel in this standing in china. Never find the coffee machine. Nice city view. Very close to the lake and to the Metro station. They took a deposit but it's not specify on the reservation.

A decent hotel in a good location. The building is quite old but charming. When I arrived, there was heavy cigarette smoke on my floor, but luckily my room didn’t smell. They serve a nice Chinese breakfast.

We enjoyed staying here enough that we booked another night. We moved to a different room that had a more unique design. The windows stretch from one end to the other and the shower and toilet were separate. A very nice stay for solo or couple travel.

Very comfortable stay, easy to deliver takeaway food with their cute robot machine which delivers to your doorstep, also spacious room with clean toilet and instant warm water, it was a good experience and I would choose this location if I come to Nanjing again. We chose a non smoking room and there was no smoke smell at all the corridors or room

The location was amazing. The room is clean and big. Close to all the touristic places we wanted to visit. I’d definitely book there again.

There is no razor shaver provided in the unless you request from the counter . We didn’t know about it and my husband has to buy one. I have feedback once checked out . Overall it is a very good hotel with all the necessities and near to MRT, 12 stops from Nanjing South Railway MRT Line 1. Going to the tourist attractions is very convenient and food and shopping are just around

This is where you stay when you want to treat yourself right. "#11 of all 4-star hotels in Nanjing & I believe it. The super professional staff clearly doesn't believe in cutting corners, the place is emmaculate clean & the breakfast is fantastic. Once you enter the huge Phoenix mural behind the front desk & chandelier above will be testament to the quality of this hotel. The location is super convenient, not far from downtown or the subway. I oy stayed one night, but far and away my favorite hotel in Nanjing!
