Ulasan voco Nanjing Garden Expo

We loved our stay at this IHG property. The staff were attentive and professional. They explained to us when checking in how to use the Hotspring in our room and where to find some of the different facilities. The room was clean the bed comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, the restaurant had many Western and Asian choices including sausages, bacon etc. There were also noodles and even chinese rice packets to celebrate the Chinese festival at the time. We used the hotspring in our room in the afternoon of checking in and it was fantastic. It filled in around 30 minutes and was large enough for 4 people. We tried to use it again the following morning before checking out. However, there was no hot water. The front desk explained that the hot water was switched on at 8am, however, by 11am there was still no hot water. This was very disappointing. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would consider returning to this Voco property.

Exceeded the expectations! Besides the beautiful location and building, the staff was so kind and available. Me and my girlfriend have been treated so well!!! I would like to thank in particular our receptionist 卡卡, any questions we had or issue we encountered she tried her best to help us and satisfy our needs. 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you for your patience and good temper!! I would also like to thank Vin who helped us with the luggages and brought us water when we were in need! 🙌🏻 Lastly i want to give a big big 👍🏻 to the hotel’s摄影师小姐姐, she’s not only fun to work with but she took some amazing pictures of me and my girlfriend in the hot springs area that will last forever as memories in our hearts 🫶🏻❤️ Will come back for sure in the future if there’s the occasion! 😊

I chose this hotel particularly because it’s dog friendly! Voco Nanjing garden expo is absolutely perfect for someone who wants to have a nice hotel experience with their dog (and enjoy a private hot spring tub), there is a dog sitting facility, the “kids zone” ,you can take your dog there and it’ll be properly taken care of while you enjoy other places where dogs aren’t allowed…Grace was wonderful and patient with my dog, love her! You can also bring your dog to the restaurant, there’s a dog friendly section! Overall, All staff at Voco is friendly and welcoming, will sure be coming back soon.

Location outside Park. But they provide shuttle bus. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Notice many detail about the park. Breakfast buffet very delicious. And alot of drinks in the minibar. Room is big and warm. Unfortunately the public hot spring is small.

中秋前就開始規劃國慶假期的出行，因為帶着父母和小狗，不想大部分時間都花在路上，所以就定了裏父母家近一點的湯山，原本一個小時出頭的路程，開了連個多小時。下了高速。因在玩小伴看過推薦，所以定了這家寵物友好酒店， 設施：還不錯 衞生：很好 環境：很棒 服務：不錯 可能是國慶前台們太忙了。相信不是國定假期的話會好些 酒店還送了四張煙花劵，父母去看了兩晚很開心 因為媽媽受涼發燒，酒店還提供了白粥榨菜和配菜。十分謝謝。 但是希望如果還有一些類似情況發生可以配備温度計或者簡單的葯物。 也怪我自己，之前旅行都會帶醫療包。都安然渡過。導致僥倖。結果就這次生了病。醫療包掉在家裡了。看來還是不能大意。 謝謝三天兩晚的服務！ 寵物友好也是加分項！ 周邊：龍尚水庫.湯山礦坑公園都是寵物友好 又在園博園園區裏面。 非常方便。 早飯也很豐盛。攜寵可在户外或者二樓用餐！

寵物友好必須加分，而且餐廳也有專門的攜寵區。 寵物餐食一開始由於國慶人多不願意給我做，在我堅持下還是給我弄了，並且送來了房間，讓小可樂也享受了room service。不過除了寵物友好，酒店本身可玩性就比較差，而且國慶期間園博園接駁車也取消了，別家酒店都有，這個略遺憾。

餐廳是硬傷，早餐品類應該是比較少的了，服務員很多是實習的？領位小姑娘有點不知所措，和自己找位置沒啥差別，多此一舉。煎餅小姑娘國慶加班有點不開心。 衞生：房間有個拖鞋很臟，電話到前台説我們每個房間就配了一雙拖鞋沒法替換。你猜我信麼……… 雖然知道一樓外面有林子，但發現了蜈蚣這……… 歡迎水果變成了離店水果，國慶大包小包的還……怎麼拿。 最有意思的是走了之後電話問，你好，我們的拖鞋去哪裡了，我……… 除了有個室外的大泡池一點優點也麼的，期間還碰到酒店員工吵架。簡直…… 🙃不會二刷的那種酒店，總體體驗下來一家洲際旗下管理還不成體系的酒店…

體驗感棒極了，房間配置很舒服，園區環境綠化非常贊 給前台經理韓經理和小童遊樂區的工作人員要大大好評，又專業又貼心 小童樂園裡的兩衹狗狗蛋卷和cookie也是太可愛了，被飼養員調教的非常棒，還會很機智的主動和小朋友互動

酒店對面是園博園2號門 纜車站 小火車站 國慶假期前最後一個工作日599預售套餐入住 提出升級房型要求被“誤解” 需加價700+ 後慶幸未被免費升級 私湯庭院房是寵物友好 房間設施 床品 以及用色都很高級 值回房價 酒店江南庭院風格 灰牆綠竹 夏天晚上穿行其中難免有點嚇人到怪 温泉有點出乎意外的簡陋 餐廳明廚 廚師不戴口罩甚至帽子 晚餐客人不多 出餐都有些手忙腳亂 大門口的保安有點木訥 人員培訓管理明顯不是洲際水平 花五六百可以忽視不足 花一兩千的確實要發牢騷

我這次定的私湯房間感覺很好（˘･з･˘）♨️因為前一天台風，酒店工作人員特地來給我們的湯池打掃了兩次，很貼心❤️ 早餐種類非常豐富，都很好吃👍可以在餐桌上掃碼點菜，直接幫我們送到餐桌上🥰 旅拍服務（贈送5張簡修電子版照片） 出片很快 服務很好 很不錯！

房間並不是在景區內，如果要住景區那就其他幾個酒店，因為景區免費後酒店就沒有接駁車了，帶小孩的要注意一定和前台説好不要住樓上，酒店是沒有電梯的。早餐，晚餐都是令人滿意的，早餐可以延遲到11.00，。另外酒店的熱水器需要改善，沒有熱水，或者人多沒有熱水是硬傷

下訂單之前看到一些負面點評還有些許擔心，衝著衹想訂湯山有户外私湯的酒店房間，這家性價比超高，入住兩天正好颱風還沒來，在房間庭院私湯池舒舒服服泡了兩天，樹蔭遮掉了大部分的太陽，外面哪兒也沒去，自願點評： 酒店員工服務很好很友善，從前台到客房到餐廳到禮賓，每一位都彬彬有禮且都挺熱心； 客房衞生及打掃非常乾淨，庭院私湯池每次要用前衹要電話前台，會安排阿姨來清潔湯池，也很乾凈，雖然因為庭院裏會一直零零散散掉下些小的落葉到湯池裡，本人潔癖加強迫症，也能接受； 酒店的餐廳也是寬敞明亮乾淨，早餐與晚餐自助，品種不是非常豐富，但食材與口味很不錯，晚餐自助的冷菜麻辣烏雞爪與桂花薰魚，出乎意料的好吃； 酒店的IHG環保洗漱包也蠻實用的； 這家離市區就遠了點，如果想泡湯又同時要去市區的，自駕遊適合的；如果衹想泡湯泡酒店，不自駕也非常推薦這家，對面有個園博園可以步行過去逛逛吃飯喝咖啡～

1衞生很好，有庭院還能衞生一點問題都沒，你懂這含金量嗎？ 2服務到位，還能幫忙打掃庭院泡澡池。 3體驗無敵，這是真庭院，私密性也給拉滿了，也乾淨，露天温泉直接爽泡。夏天來推薦來一手冷泉，喜歡們這個我是真兄弟
